This is one of the dirtiest fast food chain i have ever visited pollo loco needs to do some serious makeover on how this place is run. Tortillas were pretty much raw. Should have gone to the street vendor for tacos. Not worth going to so if you see this place just keep going and find another place to eat your meal.

Very bad service, very slow and they don't have what you ask for, they didn't have rice, no orchata water and I don't recommend them, to be honest, we had to cancel the order due to lack of staff, very bad

Went thru drive thru. The person with colorful hair took order. Was decent while ordering. When got to window the customer service was horrible. Food was made poorly. I had the avocado grande chicken bowl. Had old avocado on it that was brown.
Lazy workers stop cooking chicken before 8:30 pm . They’re always out of stuff way before closing time . Never

I just got to work and they did not put any forks or spoons in my orders is upsetting because how am I suppose to eat my food ? I called and the girl that answered said if you don’t ask for it we will not put them in your bag which we did but they only added napkins and she placed me on hold then she hung up on me I called back and they kept on ignoring my calls

I love El Polo Loco. But unfortunately, this location is a bit too much! It's too many weird people walking around. The workers aren't too professional. They're a bit young I understand, but when I choose a place to eat, whether it's a fancy restaurant or a face food place, I'd like to feel comfortable. The food is good and always fresh tho.

This location had us waiting outside for 30 minutes after their open time which was 9:30am. We called them and asked why they aren't open yet when their hours say 9:30am and the woman replied "we aren't ready yet." I then asked "so when will you open?" And she just hung up. We decided to leave and not give these unprofessionals our business. As we walked away a person passing by told us "they never open on time." We still don't know what time they actually ended up opening. I could only imagine how low quality their food is, if it matches their terrible service. Save your money and time, go elsewhere.
