I just went there my order was a double chicken tostada salad and a kids meal they gave the mash potatoes but not the chicken legs now I called and no one answer thats f up and the bad thing is I paid cash and they didn’t gave me a receipt

Most El Pollo Loco have good flavorful chicken & dishes, I've never had problems with the sides.
Worst service ever, we ordered certain chicken items, and they gave you whatever they have, which was nothing cause they ran out of chicken, and the chop guy in the back had an attitude like if you ain't happy go home ? ?
Customer service is horrendous. Employees there is just working for a paycheck. Just from the interaction with them anyone can tell they strongly dislike the job and does not want to be there.

Cristina is an amazing manager. Got me in and out within 2 mins. She's very friendly and engaging. I will definitely be back! Food was great! And very presentable, Gordon Ramsey would love it. I can tell the energy and communication between workers is great. I will be back today!

The most horrible service... I just left there, apart from the fact that it is so dirty, the air is super cold so that people don't eat inside... they are asked to regulate it and they say that the air is direct... horrible. service

Zero stars - Customer service skills NEED to be addressed in this location. Sad that these young people working there don't know nothing about manners or assisting customers. I mean come on we are the ones paying for your service and the ones who provide your income. It's not like your working for free? Never got approached for assistance until I asked. Took forever on a online order. Got the order incorrect. Had customer leaving because of no one assisting them. The whole organization of Pollo Loco need to review their damn policies with employees and remind them what they got hired for.

I was trying my best to patronize this restaurant since it is close by, but this is the third time my order was messed up! I ordered a chicken tostada salad & it had lettuce & a little chicken under the lettuce but NO cheese, rice or beans, avocado or Pico de gallo, or sour cream!!! I paid over $16 in fees and a tip plus the order of $16 plus tax. If I had transportation, I would have returned the food. A waste of my money. Never will I patronize this El Pollo Locco store again!!!

I went to this restaurant to order 16 piece family meal. They said it will take 30 minutes. This was during lunch hours!! I went to another one nearby and they said 45 minutes! I heard my colleague say the same thing in Northern California. They are slowly going out of business with this approach. We found another place with better service, better food, and much better price nearby. Good for the small business owners that care!!
