The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, healthy, and clean. Three of us are vegetarian and we were easily accommodated with plenty of tasty options, which was such a nice surprise. The owner even came out to greet us, and she was so kind and friendly, making the experience extra special. It’s a small, cozy hole-in-the-wall spot that’s very clean and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Lanzhou is an ancient, desert city on the old Silk Road so its culinary heritage is as wide as it is deep. While I’ve not been there I would like to think the food here is pretty authentic Gansu province cuisine. It’s always a good sign when a restaurant is popular, but it’s a better sign when an Asian restaurant is full of Asian patrons. Everything we had here was good. The chili crunch oil condiment (which is mild and has smoky, earthy flavor) made everything even better. Guaranteed I’m going back.”

“OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋”

“Indian is my favorite cuisine and I'm quite picky about it. I have tried every Indian restaurant in the Concord/Clayton area and this one is my preferred restaurant. Excellent curry. The chili Momo's are also excellent.”

For pots, they are ok. The lobster pot is average.
The good thing is the fried squid.

Their pot comes with free ice tea/tea, it is a plus.”

It may take a while to get used to the healthier version of fast food, but think of it this way – it’s actually nourishing your body instead of poisoning it. The signature burger, made from organic quinoa and mushrooms is so much better for you than a burger made from meat. Same deal for the planet, with organic and 100% plant-based ingredients. I’m giving Next Level Burger 5/5 Green Stars for social and environmental impact for the following reasons: • 100% plant-based. Obvious major benefits to animals, society and the planet. • Organic ingredients. Again, benefits to the planet and society. • All packaging, down to the straws, is compostable. A different twist on an old-style recipe. The ratio of fat to meat was divine in its flavor, and the onions and aioli set off all the flavors. 5 out of 5 ⭐️ Next was the Bruselas (crispy Brussels Sprouts) tossed in honey Dijon with pistachios! Sí!! Bravo!! Each sprout was cut in half lengthwise, and the layers were opened so the flavor permeated the entire piece of sprout, yummy! Nice touch and not too sweet. It was served a little cooler than what I would have preferred. 4 out of 5 ⭐️ Both tapas were generous portions and served as my meal for the evening. I ordered the Beet Salad to go. It’s done with mixed greens, roasted beets, red onion, feta cheese, almonds, with lemon vinaigrette on the side. I had a sneak peek and it proves to be delicious and so darn healthy! 5 out of 5 ⭐️”

“I love Vons Chicken! I really recommend their Honey Butter Chicken and Cheddar Chicken! The honey butter chicken is sweet and salty while the cheddar chicken is less sweet. Both are really delicious with white rice. Their servings are pretty good for the price. I order through DoorDash and it usually takes 20 minutes for them to get it ready. I highly recommend you to try it.”

“I tried write my review through the survey on receipt but it wasn't working.. So I wanted to share my experience here. I came in the morning and ordered breakfast sandwiches, unfortunately I was disappointed with the eggs being over cooked and just not tasting as they normally do. I called right away and spoke with manager Sarah, she assured me that I could come back in anytime for replacements. I've heard this before from other places without any resolution but I figured I'd give them the opportunity to make it right.. I took them up on the offer after school pick up, except I really wasn't in the mood for eggs after the bite from earlier, employee Alexis went way above and beyond to make things right for us! Giving us even more than what I had asked be the replacement! Besides being very thrilled with the food given, I was even more impressed with Alexis, her attitude and understanding really made my day and the kids were happy with extra fries and nuggets she gave. We enjoyed our meal inside, and on the way home we passed a hungry man and his equally hungry dog, we had our fill and we were able to feed them as well. Good karma making its way around I guess, felt good being treated kindly and to pass the kindness along. Thank you Sarah, Alexis and the rest of the crew for treating us so amazing today! We'll definitely be back.”

“Simple deli with imported Italian goodies. It seemed family owned and like they had regulars. Really nice people and community vibe. There are many sandwiches to choose or you can make your own. We got one muffuletta and one turkey bacon with pesto, mayo, cheese, and veggies. The gardenia on the muffuletta was delicious! Tangy, flavorful, and chunky. We tried the sourdough roll and it absorbed the gardenia juice really well and not soggy. The turkey was loaded! We got the Dutch crunch bread. Both were very good, bread was amazing I could just eat the roll. I can’t wait to go back.”

“There aren't enough stars to give this place. Family run and that's what you feel like when you go there. Buche, carnival, chicharones, chicken and ribs ( yes, ribs) are all outstanding. My neice comes back to CA from Austrailia and this is the place she wants to go. Even my buddy says it reminds him of how his grandparents cooked on their ranch in Jalisco. You absolutely will love this place. Do yourself a solid and get tortillas, they make them fresh every day.”

“I recently visited this sushi restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I ordered a chicken teriyaki roll, but I got a chicken teriyaki plate. And despite clearly saying 'roll,' the worker rudely insisted that I needed to specify 'roll' next time. This made me feel unnecessarily pressured.

When I kindly asked for the roll to be remade, another worker quickly mentioned that the kitchen was closing soon. Shortly after, she returned with a plate trying to take the teriyaki off my plate saying the kitchen would make it for me, but at that point, the restaurant was about to close and I didn’t want to feel rushed.

Overall, I truly love this place I hope next time they don’t make me feel bad for not saying things “right”.”

“My wife and I love this place. This is our go to for lunch. I always get the BBQ Beef with Rice or the BBQ Chicken with rice. Everything here is delicious. I’ve tried the Chicken Pad Thai, Yellow Curry and Rice, both BBQ plates and next I want to try the seared Duck. We come here at least twice a month for lunch. It’s a cozy little place and very welcoming. The hosts are always friendly and smiling. The food is delicious and the best Thai food I’ve ever had. I make the drive from Antioch every time because this place is a Home Run every time!”

Another customer came in as well as a delivery order, but she gave all of us special attention. I loved how I felt in the atmosphere as well as wonderful. “Good move to have in concord! Great stuff here from this San Diego spot. Falafel wraps rule here. Add spicy hummus and olives, then get the garlic and spicy sauces and your set. There is also a dill sauce thats not at the pumps, you have to request it at the counter, really good. Oh, get a side of tabouli, it'll complete your meal.”

Patrón Rita BLACKBERRY I decided to go with this because it's purple 💜 that's all, LMAO weird, I know, but whatever Round 2 Ancho Salmon, this was very flavourful and made to perfection with a slight kick of spice. The vegetable medley helped with taste. DELICIOUS!!! Mexican Rice, this was a fuffly and seasoned just enough. Anymore would be overkill. Steamed Broccoli, This was very soft and lightly coated with Round 3 Patrón Rita WILDBERRY loved it, but I loved the BLACKBERRY Final Round... Cheesecake 🍰 served over Strawberry 🍓 Puree The cheesecake was perfect without the Puree, I was asked if I wanted the drizzle or not, I opted for it but felt like it was wasted as I ate the cheesecake while most of the Puree was still on my plate. All in all, the CUSTOMER SERVICE was above and beyond par. 5 of 5 stars 💜💜💜💜💜 I truly enjoyed myself”
