“OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋”

“Rosie's is a standout in Concord but can be easy to miss as they are flanked by the bright signage of nearby fast food restaurants. Their turkey bacon avocado on the Dutch crunch bread is excellent (and huge), and the owners are generous with the warm welcoming energy. Ample parking can be found behind the building and you can enter from the back door even though it feels like you shouldn't, as you partially walk through the back area of their cafe.”

“I was my first time with individual hot pot and it was really good. There is a good choice of dishes on the menu - different soups, plates, and appetizers. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had the beef soup and it was delicious. There was a lot of ingredients and they all went well together. My wife had a sizzling plate which she enjoyed as well. There are some delicious looking specials too. I'll have to try one of them next time.”

It may take a while to get used to the healthier version of fast food, but think of it this way – it’s actually nourishing your body instead of poisoning it. The signature burger, made from organic quinoa and mushrooms is so much better for you than a burger made from meat. Same deal for the planet, with organic and 100% plant-based ingredients. I’m giving Next Level Burger 5/5 Green Stars for social and environmental impact for the following reasons: • 100% plant-based. Obvious major benefits to animals, society and the planet. • Organic ingredients. Again, benefits to the planet and society. • All packaging, down to the straws, is compostable. “I'm not from around here. Finished a work meeting and someone recommended a nearby kebab shop for Shawarma, but I prefer to support local over a chain--I'm sure both would've been good. Food was prepared fresh (didn't seem to be frozen falafel, for example). I ordered the combo (chicken + lamb) shawarma (wrap) with a side of falafel. Was fantastic, hot, prepared quickly, and service was ON POINT. Super friendly. Very pleased with my decision. The dining room isn't anything too special, but the food is what mattered. Highly recommended!”

“I tried write my review through the survey on receipt but it wasn't working.. So I wanted to share my experience here. I came in the morning and ordered breakfast sandwiches, unfortunately I was disappointed with the eggs being over cooked and just not tasting as they normally do. I called right away and spoke with manager Sarah, she assured me that I could come back in anytime for replacements. I've heard this before from other places without any resolution but I figured I'd give them the opportunity to make it right.. I took them up on the offer after school pick up, except I really wasn't in the mood for eggs after the bite from earlier, employee Alexis went way above and beyond to make things right for us! Giving us even more than what I had asked be the replacement! Besides being very thrilled with the food given, I was even more impressed with Alexis, her attitude and understanding really made my day and the kids were happy with extra fries and nuggets she gave. We enjoyed our meal inside, and on the way home we passed a hungry man and his equally hungry dog, we had our fill and we were able to feed them as well. Good karma making its way around I guess, felt good being treated kindly and to pass the kindness along. Thank you Sarah, Alexis and the rest of the crew for treating us so amazing today! We'll definitely be back.”

“Mai Thai is our go-to for Thai food. We chose it over Naung Mai in Oak Harbor initially because of the price difference, but the portions are bigger and there's more of your chosen meat/protein in the soups and entrees. That said- be aware you have to LIKE SPICE. Recently it has been difficult to get "spice 1", which should just be a hint. If you say "no spice", it's OK, but not Thai, right? But if there's a difference between 1 and 4, I can't tell. Our Pho soup tonight (spice 1) was burning our throats. The pad thai was OK at spice 1, but still quite a bit spicier than I would assume 1 would be. This is a new development for this restaurant, so it is probably a new chef. Just BE AWARE. Anyway, most people complain the food in the PNW is too bland, so you won't have that problem, at least! And as far as ordering, we use the online app. Add five mins to the time it says your pick up is ready. It is never ready. Door Dashers use this place constantly, and they clog the order process. There is indoor dining, but we have never used it, thanks to Covid protocols. Also- a final word on parking. The parking lot has been sectioned off from looping through the driver's ed school next door. Therefore the lot is super tough to turn and get out. You are better off parking along the strip by the salon to the left of the restaurant and walking up. Please be careful in this area of town at night.”

“November 13th, around 4:50 PM aimlessly walking around decovering new places to see and dine in when I stumbled upon ANARKALI ( Pakistani/Halal/Indian ) The lady who took my order made me feel like I was the only one there (even though I was for a while) She made sure I toured the restaurant/store with a light and easy futter. My order took longer than expected by her, but honestly, I watched her put my meal together, and it was not rushed... She repeatedly apologized, but honestly, I loved the dedication to the craft. Another customer came in as well as a delivery order, but she gave all of us special attention. I loved how I felt in the atmosphere as well as wonderful. A different twist on an old-style recipe. The ratio of fat to meat was divine in its flavor, and the onions and aioli set off all the flavors. 5 out of 5 ⭐️ Next was the Bruselas (crispy Brussels Sprouts) tossed in honey Dijon with pistachios! Sí!! Bravo!! Each sprout was cut in half lengthwise, and the layers were opened so the flavor permeated the entire piece of sprout, yummy! Nice touch and not too sweet. It was served a little cooler than what I would have preferred. 4 out of 5 ⭐️ Both tapas were generous portions and served as my meal for the evening. I ordered the Beet Salad to go. It’s done with mixed greens, roasted beets, red onion, feta cheese, almonds, with lemon vinaigrette on the side. I had a sneak peek and it proves to be delicious and so darn healthy! 5 out of 5 ⭐️”

“I always have a very pleasant experience when I go to China Wall Buffet. The food selection is fresh, well-stocked, and they offer a nice variety of classic buffet favorites. I especially appreciated how attentive the staff were in keeping the serving areas clean and making sure guests were comfortable.

We had the anda-shami royale, samosa chaat, and fresh naan khatai from khalifa (if you know, you know). All items were excellent and authentic! The space is well decorated with board games available and most importantly clean! We can’t wait to go back and work our way through the menu!”

For drink: we tried the lychee soju. The short rib stew with no cheese is sweet. The meat falls of the bone tender. So good. Also tried the one with cheese, it just not as sweet but it’s as tender. Yummy. Would I go back yes. But I do recommend to make reservations. The place was quite busy. The service was excellent.”

“I discovered this buffet through social media. I was surprised by the service of this buffet, which is very good from the entrance to those who pick up the dirty dishes. The boy was very quick and very attentive to our tables. There was only one flaw that I didn't like. They charge tips in advance and do not give them tips or part of those who take the hard work from the staff behind them such as those who lift the dishes such as those who wash the dishes. It is very unfair that they charge tips and do not give them to those who deserve it. 😮‍💨”

They got some ambitious, and weird stuff. Definitely a fun time, everytime.
