Terrible!!! I'm a fan of fast foods! And he doesn't eat meat at all! I have always asked for the same order and they always give me something else but what I ordered. I have stopped going for the same thing. When I told the guys he responded: "If that happens, bring your order and I'll change it for you,???????????? You go to fast food, why don't you have much time to come back and wait again?" Let them prepare your order! Very bad...... PS. Today I passed by again and they didn't give me my correct order again! :(

Phone number doesn't work so they can't take complaints. Ordered through doordash and received completely stale and rotten food. Bun was hard as a rock, missing ingredients and the cheese was hard like plastic. Fries were cold and stale up delivery as if they had been made hours earlier. The cheese is literally as hard as plastic and breaks apart like it too.

Second time I have had to review a Jack in the box, and Yes corporate doesn't care they will reply to this and nothing else. The phone number at this location has not been working for two years now so I doubt the investigations ever happen. I like many others received Cold, stale, rotten food. You cannot call this location to speak with them, Doordash can't even contact the restaurant which should be plain illegal. I will be escalating this myself by taking my food to the restaurant and giving it to the employees which I have heard can't even speak English.

My special needs sister tried ordering with our mom as her translater. The front staff were rude and not patient with her. Our mom tried explaining why my sister couldn't speak for herself and that's what she was helping her order. They still had bad attitude and continued to stare at her like she didn't know what she was doing. Will not be returning.

Please if you are not Spanish don't go to this place. They are so rude I mean the whole team including the manager. First the cashier don't understand a word of English but thats ok I can understand they may be new here. The problem is when they got our order all wrong and when I told them they were all screaming shaking their heads talking and laughing at you in Spanish was the worst customer service I have seen in my life. This was next level nasty rude unprofessional customer service. I never thought some Spanish people can be this nasty I always thought they are humble and nice. I hope they get better training and better attitude. I just wonder who the store manager. By the way this is my first ever review that I have written about anybody.

This is the worst location came to this location 5am this morning they didn't have alot of breakfast menu no hash browns nothing !! Ask the girl.why her response was fryer is broken no apology nothing rude service and outside of store looks completely disgusting!! Will be contacting
