Went here for dinner. When it came time to pay I was going to use two $25 gift cards. They told me they have a new system and I can use the cards at the Pittsburg location. Following week went to Pittsburg location. When I tried to pay with the gift cards they said they no longer are accepting gift cards. Whatever I just paid. Super irritated I have $50 in gift cards and they won't take them. Isn't the illegal? Gift Cards don't expire. I will not be eating at either location again.

I ordered thru Uber Eats. My chile relleno wasn't included in my order yet I was still charged. My carnitas taco was ice cold. Flavor ok but I've had better. La Piñata owes me money !!

Great food, excellent service. New Mexico enchiladas, fresh salsa, pollo en crema de tequila, tacos are always solid choices. Always nice to have a late night place serving high quality food and drinks.

Food/drinks are great staff is very friendly and professional. Nice place to just go out and eat or go and celebrate a birthday party at the bar area.

The service is average, the food is not very up to date. How the fish that my sister half ate was not fresh and the other foods were not so good. Out of 10 I give them 6

Ive always visited this place over the years and after this evening I dont think Ill return.OVER PRICED AND BAD SERVICEMy issue is that we had a group of 5 friends there. 5 people doesnt meet their qualification for a 7 people or more service fee, so I doubt they were originally told about an upcharge. Then I showed up with 3 other people. Again no mention that now we were over 7 people an additional 18% up charge would be added.I was there for 30 minutes with this group and a server never approached me or asked to get me anything. I eventually got up and found a server and gave her my order. Then the table asked for water, took more than 20 minutes for water to show up.It seems obvious to me that since the server knew she was getting an auto 18% she dropped the ball with service.I didnt notice the built in tip until after I had left cash. I honestly had reservations about leaving a tip at all because the service was non existent. Then because I wasnt made aware in advance of me paying the bill, she was going to charge me 18%, she ended up with a 30% tip for some of the worst service Ive ever had.$15 dollar mango margarita also didnt seem to have alcohol and tasted bland.I ended up spending $35 on a margarita and guacamole with chips!Unless this company makes this right, Ill never be back.

Most mediocre Mexican food in Concord.Even the chips and salsa are bad which I didn't know was possible. Decent service though.

The food and service was good. We tried the Machaca, a kids chicken enchilada meal and a combo plate. Everyone was happy with their food.

I think this location must’ve changed management cause my food was GROSS! ? in more than 20 years I ve never sent anything back. My food was cold, everything smelled weird and the chips were stale… Never Ever before this evening had I experienced this at this location… Be advised something has changed. Paid and left!

Good food and service. Reasonable prices. Incredible selection of tequilas - anejos, reposados, etc.

No service. Our waitress took our order and brought a check. I hope she didn't expect a tip. Flagged the runner down for drink refill, chips and salsa. Gave her a cash tip and personally thanked her. So disappointing. Where's management? Jalapeño poppers, almost sent them back. Fake orange cheese filled like at Jack in the Box. So sad for $13 and not hot, the runner brought them after they sat since our waitress was sitting at a table counting her tips as if she was on a break. I ordered a pork taco on a corn tortilla. They gave me a crispy taco instead. I asked for it on a soft tortilla and they brought it back with the same ingredients slid onto a cold corn tortilla. I guess I was too sad and hungry to take a picture. The soft tacos usually come with juicy meat on a griddled tortilla topped with pico de gallo and a slice of avocado with a grilled pepper, pickled carrots and a side of hot sauce. This was a big taco fail... $6.50 for meat and shredded lettuce on a rubbery tortilla. Salsa and lime helped but Taco Bell does better that that. The chips, salsa and soda were good as usual. I want a do over but I'm not likely to suffer through that meal again for $36 and only getting 7 jalapeño poppers, an a la carte taco and mini chimichanga. I used to love this place but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
