“I normally don’t go here cause of the service mostly, they take priority over one thing more than the other but I decided to take my lunch there today and at first it was a little frustrating because they forgot 2 of my items. Majority of the workers were laughing in the drive threw section, a few of them looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me, I was about to just cancel my order but a nice gentleman named Luis took notice of me and my missing items and came up to me and acknowledged the fact I still need things and get them too in a heart beat. Luis had wonderful communication skills and his customer satisfaction was great! If more of the workers had his mind set in the work they do things would be going a lot smoother there with more compliments than complaints. Thank you Luis for making my lunch at your McDonald’s at better experience.”
