Great food every time we go! My go to is the burger or the chicken sandwich. Always hot and fresh. They have churros on the weekends in the evenings as well and they're big servings and always made fresh.
I was told that the pancakes with eggs, cheese, bacon and sausage were DELICIOUS! I didn't have that but my son and husband both did and the pickier of the two was hooked. I had the burger and fries which were both outstanding and perfectly cooked. The ladies there were incredibly welcoming and so attentive. Would recommend for sure!

This place is adorable! The food was delicious! I had the Concha French Toast, amazing! I wouldn’t have ever thought to make French toast out of conchitas. The employees and owners were extremely friendly and down to earth. If you are ever in Corning pay Chata’s a visit you will not regret it!
