“We originally came when they had the taco truck at this location before the restaurant opened. We had very flavorful tacos. Months later we came back and again had their lunch special of 2 asada tacos with mini nachos. Again the flavors were excellent! The restaurant was clean & spacious and it was delightful to sit inside out of the wind & rain. The owner/chef was very friendly and welcoming he obviously knows how to cook. We will definitely come back again!A bonus is that the food is very reasonably priced. This place is worth the stop when traveling up or down Interstate 5.“

“Amazing home made Indian food. They make it fresh, were able to Taylor food for my 2 year old grandson (which is evident they make it fresh). Highly recommend eating here and talking it to-go, since Redding and Mt. Shasta do not have good Indian optionsVegetarian options: Paratha, Malai kofta and panner“

“My new favorite taco truck! Food is really good! Service is friendly and fast. I love that you can also call ahead and order which is great if you are on lunch and don't have a lot of time. Prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend giving them a try!“
“The best mariscos out there. I am not from around here and where I come from it's KNOWN for food trucks. I have tried a lot of seafood food trucks but nothing compares to this one. This food truck is THE BEST OF THE BEST. I've tried everything on there menu but hands down the tostada misteriosa and the aguachiles with Tostitos are AMAZING. I could eat them everyday. They also have amazing service and are very fast and fresh with orders. Very clean food truck and person taking orders is always very helpful with recommendations. Will always be back. I would 100/10 recommend.“

“Food is good and good portions but is a bit pricey. It's a family owned business and there is typically only two people working - one cook, one cashier so service is a bit on the slow side. Ambience is basic but the people are incredibly nice and I love their chip/salsa bar.“
“the grilled tacos are my favorite thing on the menu. they have cheese they melt onto the taco shell making them delicious. They have fresh pastor they roast out front thats also delicious. Very friendly staff. They also accept Apple Pay and cards now“

“I visit this truck way more than I should, but their tacos and burritos are the best in town. I've tried other truck, but this by far and you'll never end up with a dry taco. They also have a nice sitting area with a cooling system.“

“Great food and the ladies are amazing!! We have spent 13 months in Baja and Guerrero Mexico, and we ALWAYS stop at Koritas Taco Truck when passing through Los Molinos BECAUSE... It is absolutely authentic Mexican food that reminds us of the amazing food we enjoyed in Mexico. Don't get me wrong --I love California-style Mexican cuisine, but this place is pure Mexican: Aged Cojita instead of Monterey Jack, homemade tortillas, wide variety of meats - all perfectly cooked. Enjoy a real Mexican meal here.“

“I hope these guys get a Brick and mortar building in town. It's so good, refreshing and different. We need more variety in this little town and more reasons for folks to stop in Corning. I've had the lamb bowl, lamb wrap, steak cali-melt and it is all so good and consistent so far. Best of luck to these guys.Dietary restrictions: We have someone in the family that is adverse to garlic and onion. They were able to accommodate us.Parking: This food truck sits in front of a Semi-Truck repair shop. Plenty of parking.“
