Very disheartening experience and poor customer service if you want to cancel an order or unhappy with an item. I had 2 family celebrations within a week of each other. All I wanted to do was cancel the second cake order that I prepaid for because the first cake ordered was not a hit. Only 1/2 of it was consumed. I had to work for a resolution and was made to feel like my patronage didn't matter. Sure it was told to me with a smile, but I am no fool. Especially after wasting time...read full review
