The service was out of this world. We called ahead to have our food ready. Since we only have one hour lunch. The food was ready at our table and chips and salsa. Me and my pharmacist were speechless and felt very special for that service. I will be going there every time I’m in Corona.
Eduardo’s has that classic SoCal Mexican restaurant feel. My carnitas plate had crispy edges, which is the detail that makes or breaks carnitas for me. Chips and salsa are solid, though the salsa leans mild. It’s family-friendly, and the staff is consistently warm and welcoming.
