I come here damn near EVERYDAY. Today the drive thru guy Brian, you have to do better or go home. Customer service was wack! No greeting. He acted like he didn't want to be there. Got up to the window , he didn't even say hello or anything, he just put his little scanner out. Go home Brian if you don't want to do the job you are getting paid to do. Period! This makes you want to drive two exits down just to get the service that is expected and should be a requirement. I mean is it because I asked for no ice! Service is service! Do better! He didn't ask if I wanted any napkins, straws or give me thank you..

Quant little Starbucks. Lots of shuffling around and music was louder than most locations. Nice to meet with friends, not to sit and get some work done. Service was average

While Starbucks is Starbucks and think what you will about their product and pricing, I've always enjoyed coming here over the last couple of years. It's right down the street as I live in the neighborhood and I've become a regular. The employees I see often will remember my name and my customized drink order. Even after rotation during the pandemic, employees who have moved to other stores would remember me and my drink when I visit those locations. Of course I didn't get to know all the employees as they have different people at different times. I never had a bad experience here. Sometimes it gets super busy and it takes a long time to get an order (the drive thru can get crazy). Sometimes a staff member would get an order wrong or be sparse on a customization, but considering I've ordered here probably hundreds of times, the grand majority is accurate. Whenever something was wrong with an order, they gladly remade. Never got any attitude like a couple of reviews said. Sometimes they're super busy and stressed from what seems like 20 simultaneous orders, but anybody who has worked a service job will relate (I definitely can).

Every time I have gone in store to order, they place my drink in the mobile order area and i'm left there for 10-15 mins while my drink just sits there. Each time I've had to ask for the status of my drink and it's been in the mobile order section. Why is the staff so confused? I never have any issues in the drive thru, but I will say I have had a handful of times where my drink has been made poorly to the point where I have to change how I order my drink. I always order a matcha latte which is GREEN and one of the boys working the evening shift handed me a drink that was damn near white....it was obvious they added more milk to make the drink faster which was gross. Now I order extra scoops of matcha to prevent this from happening. Morning crew always gets my drink right though. If they mess up your order, just contact starbucks support. Staff will not make it better

-5! Worst starbucks location ever. I rather they close this branch out then having it nearby and still giving them an opportunity! They're never going to improve or clean this branch! Each individual at this location is rude, entitled, spoiled brats. Can't even clean behind their machines, always dirty. Ive gotten my pastries half frozen, my drinks half assed. They also like to play games with the customers, arrive to the drive through at 8:17pm just to have them tell you at 8:29 that theyre closed and their system automatically shuts down. I have called and complained to customer care and requested that a manager, store manager or regional manager call me back, and not one word from them.

Worse service ever. No friendly attitude. I received my drink in about 13 minutes nobody in line. They were not busy. And when I stood to ask for a water 4 employees plus the cashier and manager both stood there. No one asked if I needed anything. It was pretty bad. I left never again will I go there. I will just go to vons Starbucks in the same shopping center.

Terrible terrible service. I could not believe the reviews. My second time coming The employee at the counter. Please look at your cameras at 8:11 am. Mobile order pick up. The Starbucks representative employee! Slammed my drink on the counter for no reason. I was looking for my drink. The girl on the left could not find it. I told them it was a mobile order. The employee on the right shouted at me. She said “goddamn your drink is here” and slammed my drink on the counter, splashing coffee. IF YOU don’t FEEL passion for your job and respect for your customers/others, leave the job. This is not for you. This is awful. This girl gets away with being rude because this is the only option we have in the neighborhood. Not cool. By far, the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited in my life. Also, no greeting when you come in or out. Awful job with customer service.
