I come here damn near EVERYDAY. Today the drive thru guy Brian, you have to do better or go home. Customer service was wack! No greeting. He acted like he didn't want to be there. Got up to the window , he didn't even say hello or anything, he just put his little scanner out. Go home Brian if you don't want to do the job you are getting paid to do. Period! While Starbucks is Starbucks and think what you will about their product and pricing, I've always enjoyed coming here over the last couple of years. It's right down the street as I live in the neighborhood and I've become a regular. The employees I see often will remember my name and my customized drink order. Every time I have gone in store to order, they place my drink in the mobile order area and i'm left there for 10-15 mins while my drink just sits there. Each time I've had to ask for the status of my drink and it's been in the mobile order section. Why is the staff so confused? I never have any issues in the drive thru, but I will say I have had a handful of times where my drink has been made poorly to the point where I have to change how I order my drink.
