they are so slow here all i got was 2 drinks and 1 croissant and they took they’re sweet time and once we asked if they were finished they gave attitude ? never coming here again.

I frequent this location early mornings during the week and decided to switch up my normal order (Grande Iced Matcha Latte with Oat Milk with an occasional snack) this past Friday in the spirit of the fall season. However, after I arrived shortly to my work place I was very disappointed to find that my drink was completely wrong. I ordered a Caramel Apple Spice tall hot drink and got the pictured coffee concoction. I am not a coffee drinker so it was tossed in the trash quickly - a waste. As most are in a crunch time to get to their destinations between 6 - 7 a.m., so was I so I did not have time to turn around once I realized. I understand human error happens but it does suck to be on the receiving end of carelessness, regardless of the reason. I haven't been back to this location since and honestly I have steered away from SB all together since. No fun wasting money!
