I have tried almost all (probably all) of the sushi restaurants in Corona. I can confidently say that Sushi R91 is the best.Food Quality - 10/10Always the freshest fish. We order the Halibut Sashimi every time and it never disappoints. I love love love this place. It's the only restaurant I've found in Corona with a dedicated vegan section of their menu. It's not the best vegan sushi I've had, but the specialty cocktails are really well done. It's close to the freeway, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is always fun and friendly. Consistently great sushi, excellent service, and decent mixed drinks as well! They have a great variety of unique and flavorful rolls, fresh, baked, tempura, handrolls, and more.We are fans of the R91 roll, the O.M.G. roll, and the quail egg shooters (although we wish there was a non-alcoholic version for our under-21 friends). The spicy garlic edamame is fantastic starter!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian/vegan options that you won't find at a standard sushi joint.
