Every time I come I am waiting in line at least 10 minutes to not even be acknowledged. Employees stand there chatting with one another the entire time but don't acknowledge waiting customers. We shop here regularly and I notice this while shopping and while im waiting for a drink myself. Today I asked for light ice because I get 3 sips out of my drink to find my entire cup full of ice only to told its a $1 charge. The Starbucks location is pretty bad. Even when I've ordered ahead, my drink is never ready on time. Today I gave them an extra 10 minutes and my order was still not ready, it was literally one drink. To top it off this is by far the worst location as far as drinks go. Drinks are mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price. I've given the spot numerous chances since I live close but it is continuously a disappointment. Just don't go here. Worst Starbucks ever. They made my drink in 5 seconds. I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk and it came out with chunks of matcha powder floating around. Fired.
