Just don't go here. Worst Starbucks ever. They made my drink in 5 seconds. I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk and it came out with chunks of matcha powder floating around. Fired.

Every time I come I am waiting in line at least 10 minutes to not even be acknowledged. Employees stand there chatting with one another the entire time but don't acknowledge waiting customers. We shop here regularly and I notice this while shopping and while im waiting for a drink myself. Today I asked for light ice because I get 3 sips out of my drink to find my entire cup full of ice only to told its a $1 charge. If im already paying $6 for a drink why am I going to pay an additional $1 just to make sure im actually getting drink and not a cup of ice?

The Starbucks location is pretty bad. Even when I've ordered ahead, my drink is never ready on time. Today I gave them an extra 10 minutes and my order was still not ready, it was literally one drink. To top it off this is by far the worst location as far as drinks go. Drinks are mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price. I've given the spot numerous chances since I live close but it is continuously a disappointment. The Starbucks at Albertsons across the street is better than this one.

Anne was a rude fuckign b**** I asked for a grande sweet cream cold brew then began to berate me that the drink is a cold brew with sweet cream bro I don't fuckign work here idc. After charging me she put the wrong drink and gave me a venti. I wanted a refund she was annoyed I asked for a refund and was like "it's only 20 cents" yeah bc it's not my f****** drink taste like s*** as a venti. She proceeded to not do the refund correctly and pulled 20 cents from the cash register and hand it to me (I paid card) so if the register is off some ppl aren't doing their job smh bro not that hard to do your job right we have all worked food service multiple times a customer doesn't work there they don't know the ins and out of your workplace omg. The other lady working was really sweet a understnading I'm sorry to her for making it frustrating, but Anne kept on dipping on her during the job and walking away

Cindy was so sweet and patient with us even tho we were giving her a difficult time. She as an amazing employee and deserves to be recognized for her patience, acknowledgment of customers, chasing out for someone bc they forgot an order and She even cleaned up our mess and remade our drink when it spilled. She had an amazing attitude and kept a sweet respectful tone. Amazing job hiring her. She deserves a FAT raise

Wow! Very slow service and got stuck in between cars in the drive through for 25 mins. No apologies from workers. Heard a lot of giggling inside when I was placing orders. Soooo bad!

I love going here for my coffee and occasional sandwich. Melissa makes the best White chocolate mochas. The other woman there whos name I cannot remember is also lovely.They are always both so friendly and I enjoy going there just for their service.

Worst customer service , we came through the drive thru and I had forgotten my purse and I only had cash on me. I placed my order but they had failed to mention in the speaker box that they weren't taking cash. I'm pretty sure they closed their registers since it was 55 mins before closing.

Usually don't have the best service at this location. But today, Melissa, waited on me. She was great!!!! She is the kind of worker you want! Not just a barista, but a sales person! Polite and helpful! I wound up going in for a scone and walked out with 4 Halloween themed tumblers. I hope she knows she's making a difference for your company!

Its 440am and drive thru is closed and doors are locked. Placed my online order and im just being stared at thru the window....where's the customer service.

Slow service. Charges 80 cents/pump of flavor. Barista reads the menu where it says flavoring 80 cents | 0-25 cal per pump and says every pump is 80 cents. 3 pumps of mocha is $2.40 while 3 pumps of espresso is only $2.40. Does that make any sense?

Generally never had any issues here. I went to buy a cake for my wife's birthday 05/25/22 and had the worst experience I've had in a long time from any business. My 4 year old daughter traditionally picks her mother's birthday cake. She picked a cake for mom and we waited patiently for an employee to help us. About 5 minutes we waited while an employee from the deli department was cleaning up. It was around 8:30. So I asked the employee if we could buy the cake. She replied "I don't know where they are.". I said no problem let me show you. We walked over to the cake section and let her know which cake my daughter selected. She replied: "I know where the cakes are. I don't know who can help you". Ok...so I asked if there is anyone that can help me buy the cake. "Sorry, I'm not sure where they are.". Then proceeded to clean her section. Another employee passed by and I asked for assistance. Older lady replied "I'm sorry I'm off the clock". I asked "who is not off the clock that may be able to handle me this cake so that I can buy it for my wife's birthday?". Again... "I'm sorry I'm off the clock. I can't help you.". I then asked to speak with a manager and she let me know that I'd get her in trouble. We proceeded to pick a cake from the freezer section and moved on with life. My daughter was very disappointed she couldn't get the cake for mom. Pure laziness? Fear of management? I'm not sure, but completely unacceptable from my view point. No explanation, no reason, no attempt to provide any type of customer service. The likelyhood of me returning to a store that I've shopped at for over 10 years is slim. I'll drive the extra 5-10 minutes to the next store that values it's customers.
