OMG the absolute worst sandwich I ever received! Bread was hard & stale, the builder put 1/2 bottle squirt of mustard on the sandwich ruined the entire taste ! Used the bathroom while there, had to walk out! Filthy! Toilet , floor, sink! Didn't even want to touch the door.. bought 4 sandwiches 2) were so so 2) including mine were hard & horrible!Won't be back to this location!

Very disappointing store. Judging by the other reviews, it seems like the owner of this franchise clearly does not care about what's going on there or the product that's being put out. I have been by in the morning to try and get breakfast, only to be told they are not open yet, even though the door is open. A second time I came when they were open only to be told they've run out of a major ingredient.Today I went in, was not greeted, the employees all act like they don't even want to be there. I ordered a 6 inch sub and was sold *for full price* a 5 inch one. Ridiculous. If you cannot cut bread as a major function of your job, and business model overall, that is an issue. Sadly, the employees don't care, but what will end up happening is people just won't come back, like I won't.

Horrible way to do the sandwich. I ordered it online and picked it up. When I get home this is how it came out soon I opened it. If I could I would give them negative stars for making someone's food like this.

Made another online order....against my better judgement. This time, it was pretty simple: 2 foot long tuna sandwiches and a single bag of chips. It was a "Buy 1 get One Free" deal. When my wife returned, there weren't any chips. Now, my life doesn't revolve around a single bag of chips. HOWEVER, when you build into your app the ability to "tip" the employee even before you receive your purchase, NOW I'm pissed off. They very fucking least you can do is get three out of three items correct and double check to ensure the order is correct. EARN YOUR TIP! As far as I'm concerned, this particular Subway will no longer have me as a customer. To those reading this, don't trust the employees. Double check their work. Apparently, the management is t doing their job.

The worst service ever in a Subway ever! Slow slow slow and a bunch of attitude! Then zero ice in the machine for drinks! When I asked about ice the cashier who thought she was queen, barked at me that she was busy! Like the rest of us are not busy! When she was done she handed me a picture of ice and said have a nice day? Here this wizard has a cake job and only needs to worry about was kinda cheese goes on a sandwich! If she hates her job maybe try the car wash! Always amazing at the brain power it takes to give even marginal service these days ! But that's what I get for walking into a 2.5 star Subway ! it always seems weird that someone invested in this business a bunch of money then let's completely ignorant 17 dollar and hour wizards work it so badly!

If we could give NO STARS we would, today was the final straw for this Subway. My husband went in today 4/12 when they opened and asked for the sandwich platter. The girl at counter said you had to preorder. Okay, that's fair. Thwn my husband asked well can I order 8 sandwiches and the girl.said no that's too many. He said well how many can I order? Can I order 4 and she said that's still to many, keep in mind it's 830am in the morning and they are not busy. He said well how many can I order? Can I order 4 and then get back in line and order 4 more, sha said no that's too many! She turned away a $100 order,, as business owners, someone in charge needs to know that girl does not have your best business Interests in mind. We will not be returning. Jimmy John's needs to open a shop here!
