Made another online order....against my better judgement. This time, it was pretty simple: 2 foot long tuna sandwiches and a single bag of chips. It was a "Buy 1 get One Free" deal. When my wife returned, there weren't any chips. Now, my life doesn't revolve around a single bag of chips. HOWEVER, when you build into your app the ability to "tip" the employee even before you receive your purchase, NOW I'm pissed off. I normally go to this subway all the time and the place is nice and clean and the veggies seem to always be fresh. I decided to take the time out to write this review because of the worker that helped me out today named Trent! He gave outstanding customer service and made one of the best sandwiches I've had from this location! Keep up the good work!
