We visited this delightful gem last night. My husband and I asked our waiter, Nico, for his recommendations and we weren’t disappointed. We ordered the meatballs (absolutely delicious, they were soft and cooked to perfection), the Rosemary pizza (also delicious) only minor complaint, I would have preferred a slightly crispier crust), two small side salads (fresh and nicely dressed), and Tiramisu. Fun fact, I’m not a tiramisu fan at all… and was planning to order something else. But, Nico gently persuaded us to order the Tiramisu … and it was really good… creamy, moist, and not too sweet. We’ll definitely return for another visit.
It is not what it used to be, food used to be delicious, my experience today was not good with the Boscaiola. Great service though.

The food was very good, reasonably priced and big portions. The only issue we had was service, and they told us that there was only one server. However, when you take people out to eat it's hard to change course after you're seated. Would eat there again and would hope service would be better.

There is a reason Rosemary is always full of diners: the food and service are both excellent! My husband loved the veal and I very much enjoyed my pesto. The bread was delectable as always and the Tiramisu was simply excellent. Roesemary never disappoints!
Sunday night it wasn't busy however the food was outstanding! Minestrone was hot and delicious. I had fettuccine with clams and was among the best I've had. Great place and we will be back

Food was great- although they ran out of bread, which seemed odd- waitress was excellent, food did take a little bit of time, but it was not too long. Overall, really good and would recommend it.

We love Rosemary! The food, the atmosphere, the wait staff and of course, the owner/chef, Alex! Thank you, Alex, for opening yet another fabulous place for us to LOVE! Lisa and Bret Gary
The “Devil Pig” painting on the back wall of the bar is disturbing and does not match the overall theme of the decor of the restaurant. Are the owners satanists? Otherwise, the decor and atmosphere is very quaint and pleasing.

Outstanding as always. The only complaint I have is, when sitting outside, starting at around 4:30 or so, the music from the Sushi place next door gets switched on on their patio and competes with the music at The Trattoria. It is very distracting and something should be done to keep the battle of the audio systems at bay. Otherwise, this place continues to have outstanding food and service. Best kept secret in Coronado.

The host staff was snooty from the get go, looked past it and was seated. We ordered the Calamari for an app and it was way over done, like chewing rubber bands. I ordered the salmon dish and the salmon again was overdone and the veggies were overdone except for the butternut squash which was under cooked and crunchy. My husband ordered the lasagna and it was mush but he said the flavor was ok. Over all it was very disappointing.
