Been coming to Coronado for decades and we are over-the-moon with our first experience at Jolie... this is exactly the type of restaurant that has been missing from Coronado's food scene for so long. One usually has to go into San Diego proper to find this type of exquisite fare. Not any more! Four of us had a very nice meal in celebration of a special birthday. Our server Jack was attentive and helpful, bringing over some complimentary bubbly when he heard it was a special occasion. Arancini and cauliflower appetizers were tasty, good to share. The pork shoulder and scallops were standouts, and the salmon was perfect, although a small portion (keeps the price down?) - left me wanting more, which is ok.
