The best bagels I have had outside of NYC. Boil & Bake is an East Coast inspired deli, with a distinctly Californian accent. They specialize in naturally leavened bagels and house-cured fish, made with high quality local ingredients. They also have a curated selection of pastries from Colossus Bakery, and coffee from Common Room Roasters; both fantastic local companies. Good solid bagels probably the nicest place you're getting bagels in OC after Dough Exchange closed in Santa Ana. You know it's good when there's a line going out the door or if they sell out at 2pm on a weekday lol. They're definitely pricy but their heirloom tomatoes in the summer with that lox is just perfection sometimes. Their bacon and sausages are definitely .
