Pretty underwhelming. Burger took a while which makes sense because it was completely overcooked and grey. Low quality ingredients, little to no flavor. Also got overcharged for fries. They accidentally gave me a regular but charged me for fries.

The patties are incredibly tender. Fries are nothing special but the rings are seasoned and delicious. Prices are on the higher side but matches other fast food joints. Service has always been great. Looking forward to coming back. It's a definite replacement for losing G Burger. Ambiance can get very busy w college aged students but the line tends to move fast.

I ordered two classic burgers for delivery through Uber Eats. I am not exaggerating when I say both burgers were completely RAW. Inedible and disgusting. It's one thing if the burger is a little pink but you'd think they put the burgers on the grill for 10 seconds and sent them out. The lavender lemonade was good but cmon $40 for two raw burgers I am very upset about this.

Alright Yelp you got be reviewing back to back burger spots. You can't go wrong with burger lounge, they care about their customers. It's fast food so you will always have issues and such and that's normal, but they always go out of their way to correct it. The burgers, fries, shakes are all good quality and you just can't go wrong.

First time here, we had a Truffle mushroom swiss burger and Bacon blue burger. Both were very good. You can definitely taste the difference in meat. The onion rings were very good, didn't care for the fries, but I'm not a big fry eater! I would pass on the specialty shakes. I was pleased, that they made a medium, rare burger. Some restaurants won't. It was takeout, and the service was good. Nice clean restaurant inside. I will go back, in the near future.

I love this place for a quick burger! The service is great even though it's a walk up and order type of place they come around and check on you. The ambiance is like fast food but the food is way better than that!

I'm in the area a lot, and always in the need for a grab and go food place. This place is perfect. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the burgers are nice and juicy. The portion is a pretty decent size. I love their fries and onion rings as well. I do need to try out their shakes still.

Ordered 2 burgers advertised as cooked "medium" without telling them anything. Both had "medium rare" stated in the item order. A double and a western. Both came WELLLLL done as pictured and dry. $60 for 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich that my non-complaining employee said was "salty". Never leave comments but this was annoying. I just wanted a decent burger cooked correctly.
