The employees at this restaurant are so incompetent they should be used as a case study for lowering the minimum wage. Your job is to scoop food into a bowl and you can’t even do that right. Waste of my time and

Food was great, no issues got a burrito gal at counter was great, polite and efficient.Stopped by about 2:30 in the afternoon and counted 5 people working there and didn't seem all that busy. My guess is the lunch crowd was past as there was no line at any point in my visit. My only complaint is the dining room did not have a single table or even a single seat at a table or high top seats that had been cleaned. Keeping in mind I was the only person in the dining room. It just seemed to me that of the people on staff that day someone could have wiped down at least one table. The place looked like a tribe of kindergarteners had just fled and was filthy.

SERIOUSLY THE WORST STAFF ATTITUDES EVEREvery time i come to this location Im reminded of why I shouldn’t come back. The staff have absolutely no respect for anyone and doing something as simple as picking up an order is met with eye rolling, biting remarks, huffing and puffing as if it is an inconvenience that they have to do the job they are being paid to do. I work in the food service industry and I know how difficult it can be sometimes however these staff members seem to always be having horrible attitudes. The comments don't lie with their 1 star ratings. Don't waste your time, money, or energy at this location. I tipped on the app before I arrived and I definitely regret it.

This restaurant is located in the Bristol Village shopping center. This shopping center is loaded with a lot of restaurant, Sushi, McD, Starbucks and a few other restaurants. Today my visit here a Chipotle by far the worst experience I've had dealing with a manager (General Manager) Izzy. I purchased my food dine in, I went to go sit down at a table and noticed that most of the table were dirty. I did find on table that was Simi clean didn't have food on it like the other one just salt on the table so I wiped it off myself. Once I was finished with my food I was thirsty I went back to the register to ask for a cup of water. The GM Izzy was drilling a employee (at the front of the store) I was waiting for a good time to say excuse me because she was in the middle of a conversation. I realize she was not going to acknowledge me so I said excuse me She turns and looks at me and says WHAT! I asked can I please have a cup of water and she proceeded to give me a cup. I went over to the drinking fountain and I filled my cup up with water I sat down and took a sip out of the cup looked into the cup and noticed that there was some black stuff floating in my cup. I went back up to the front to notify the General Manager Izzy and she said ok in a very rude tone. I went back to the table to clear off my trash and started to head out assuming that she would go put an out of order sign on the water, but she continued to proceed doing what she was doing. I turned around and went back and asked her well can you get me water from back there where you guys are at she says no if there's an issue that's with the pipes it's in the system. So you're telling me that you Chipotle is having an issue with the water here and you the GM (Izzy) still serving food here... I will contact the department of health. I will advise anyone not to eat here until the Department of Health looks into this.

Compared to past experiences with other Chipotle locations we found this particular location to be on the filthy side. Also, most of the fountain drinks were empty.

I should have read the reviews. They fast! But it’s seems like an overly busy chipotle and it has a drive through so I’m assuming things are made quick speed and some of the things are not made properlyThe veggies are raw and not cooked and large chunks. I just ate half of the bottom of the bell pepper was my bowl lol

Very bad organizational service, the online orders, the person places them in a timely manner and they give it to you half an hour later, although it goes well, and in the meantime, you are waiting for your order, seriously, very bad, very bad, every time I come I have to

If you're in a rush for lunch thinking you can order ahead and pickup in the drive thru DO NOT order lunch here. The pickup lane was about 30 cars deep coming from all directions, there's is no parking if you decide to get off instead, my order, along with about 10 other in a rush patrons, was delayed. I waited about 25 min for an order ahead order. If the location can't handle order ahead at lunch it shouldn't offer it! I ended up eating my lunch 2 hours later bcuz I had to rush back to work. Worst location I've ever been to.

All the employees were stressed and overworked. Drive thru was backed up and not moving. Order was over 20 minutes late. When it finally arrived, it barely had ANY meat, it was almost all rice and vegetables. Do NOT go to this chipotle.
