Service is always horrible ! Haven’t been here for years. Not sure if they changed the meat they use, but this time around it seemed to be quite fatty. It wasn’t good.

franks is as close to an authentic Philly cheese steak as I have had it n California. I am from Philly originally and eating at Franks brought me back. We had the cheese steaks with grilled onions, banana peppers and mushrooms. Outstanding. The fries were large but a little disappointing with a slightly fishy taste despite being perfectly cooked. The texture was a little funny too. N zt time I will try the hoagies and skip the fries. all in all, highly recommend
