The pho Tai was surprisingly very good. Good portion of thin sliced beef and a good broth. Tucked away in a strip mall of Harbor blvd. Basic decor but clean and reasonable price not cheapest like some on other side of 405 but its good pho and that's all that matters.

Been here a few times and they are always consistent with their service and food quality. Big bowl of pho average around $14-$15. Theur fried rice is one of the best ive had as well. Waiter was very attentive and checking in on whatever we needed.

We didn't leave feeling "happy" they didn't give us our water nor did they put in the rice order for our daughter. Very unattentuve staff. Wouldn't come back or recommend to anyone. I'll take my 80 dollar tip elsewhere that deserves

Prices went up and food didn't improve for the contrary less food .I'm surprised we (husband sister in-law and niece)used to go every other week but don't think we will be back. The lady is very kind and knows your likes . I really will be missing the place. But 3 times is enough for us.

The Pho and spring rolls were delicious. We also tried the fried egg rolls and fried shrimp rolls - less flavorful, but not bad. I only gave 4 stars on the service because our server never checked back with us after serving the food and only offered a water refill long after we finished the meal, but she was otherwise very pleasant.

The spot we originally wanted to go to was closed for the day, so we decided to try out Happy Pho because it was close by and it turned out to be pretty good. We ordered the pork/shrimp egg rolls, vegetarian egg rolls and shrimp egg rolls, all which were good. We also ordered the shaken beef rice dish, and I appreciated that the egg was cooked perfectly over medium, as well as the happy pho special, which my friends enjoyed.
