I hate to say this about JITB because I'm usually happy with their food. But the Bacon and Swiss Buttery Jack I got this time was not very good. It looked like and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for half a day. It pretty much had zero flavor, and all the ingredients seemed to have melded into one glob. I will probably go to this particular site again sometime. But if I get the same burger in the same condition, I will have to seriously consider not getting that burger again.

Drive through last night didnt get credit card back. Go in today clerk has a stack of 20 card's mine wasn't there. So if you have that any card's something is wrong with the process

I have always had good service and never a problem! The one on go to is independently owner operated. I usually drive thru but I have run back in before to request something I forgot and the place appeared clean.. Late at night there does seem to be a guy always sitting right outside the door! My biggest complaint is lack of trash cans!
