Their vegan mazemen is DIVINE. Such a treat to find a vegan version of these delicious noodles! Must try - after I finished my meal I couldn’t stop thinking about it!Vegetarian options: Vegan Tokyo mazemen!
Just wow! Incredible ramen, and I love the different ways to eat it. All three different ways has their own unique flavor profiles, and I simply loved all of them.Be aware the place is small, and you’ll need to go early unless you want a decent wait. Regardless, the food is well worth it.

Got the Tokyo Mazeman regular everything (garlic, etc) and it was AMAZING. Glad they gave rice for the end because I wanted to soak up the leftover sauce and chives. Also, adding their house vinegar really makes the mazeman and cuts into the oils of the sauce - highly recommend.
