The apathetic guy at the counter seemed preoccupied and was playing with a stack of cups and dropped a couple dozen on the floor where the rolled around. He just picked them up and put them back to be served to unsuspecting customers to drink from the rim, where they rolled around in the filth. He ignored suggestion that he throw those nasty tainted cups away. I emailed PB CS about it; no response. This place is a dreary pit whose employees and mgmt just don't care.

My steak sandwich was great, and the french onion soup we ordered for our daughter was tasty as well. This location has plenty of parking and offers curbside pickup.

All the staff here are so nice! The resturant layout is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. This is one of my favorite Panera locations to go to because I always feel welcomed. The employees should get a raise for their hospitality.

Fresh and Clean the bakery counter staff give me attention and service and this team wants your pleased. UGH! Why doesn't the manager check the status of items that customers use. The microwave was NOT clean. It actually had a coffee lid and sleeve in it. I threw them away so I could use it. But the microwave floor was not clean. Fortunately, I had a plate to use to warm my pastry. I normally would bring this to the attention of the manager, however, on this day the line was long and I had people waiting for me.

This is my third bad experience at this store.it's close to home so I thought it would be good for a quick breakfast. Wrong.the last time I ordered online because I guess taking a phone order is too hard.i get there and they have no record of my order.i asked the manager what happened and he said what should we do you didn't order.This time I asked if the took cash.i get th ere and the girl ignores me and the same grey haired a** from Last time lectured me on how I order breakfast.i complained to panera directly and the didn't care.Don't waste your money here.

Ordered the flat bread pizza and Caesar salad. Was charged $19 all they gave me was a flatbread pizza and the girl was super rude and argued with me when this is my first time ever coming here, let alone to a Panera it was my first time and I pointed at the special I wanted and said I want this special and said it aloud and they just don't give a crap. Never returning to a Panera. Period.

This location always gives small amount. I ask for 2 sides of the same and its basically 1 portion. I say something to the lady she replies yeah that's what you get instead of trying to upsell or please customer.

The cashier was superfriendly. I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup & i got this bread with it, which obviously i was little bit upset. The soup was ok!

If you want a good business to help support as we are coming out of Covid-19, then this is not it. The friendly little mom and pops are who deserve the support. For a fantastic bakery or breakfast, lunch or dinner then look no further away than 2 blocks. Pandor Artisan Bakery is oh so good. Their coffee is great. The bakery is the best. Days ago I listened to a dyed red headed girl complain to her coworker how many nervous breakdown traumatic events she has had, while no one was waiting the customer. Yesterday the manager was complaining how long it took him to make the schedule. I don't come here to listen to the employees complain the whole time. Do yourself a favor and try Pandor Artisan Bakery & Cafe. You Will LOVE.
