As a Filipino and Kapampangan, I feel it is my cultural duty to make it clear that the Sisig Burrito DOES NOT have traditional Sisig in it (neither Aling Lucing's version nor Sisig Manila for those who know the difference). It is more accurate to call it a Pork Belly Burrito instead of a SISIG Burrito. Needless to say, I was disappointed after my first bite. Stopped by Toast for a quick breakfast while in town. Our wait for 2 on a Saturday morning was only about 15 minutes for a seat inside. Our waiters Mitch and James were very attentive from the moment we sat down. James was in training and did great. Mitch talked us through some recommendations, and was very upbeat and friendly and his suggestions were spot on. Just finished breakfast and all I can say is wow!From the service and attention to the deliciousness of the food. This is a must for sure!We were worried we wouldn't find something for the kids after scanning the menu and the waiter was quick to give us a ton of options, all of which the kids devoured. Would definitely recommend, especially since we didn't have to wait for a table of 7 mid-morning on a Saturday.
