It was such a pleasure to be able to hire Chef Adair's chef and server on our recent trip to Sonoma/Glen Ellen. I'll start by saying the put together two perfect menus for our two nights. The Humboldt fog cheese in the meat and cheese board was outstanding and I still dream about the pickled grapes. The main courses were exactly what they said and beyond delicious. Chef Adair and team were absolutely wonderful! We had them cook a dinner for a very intimate family wedding (12 people total). Everything about the experience was perfect, from the communication to the food to the service. We would absolutely book them again in the future.

We hired this group to provide a dinner experience at a rental home in Healdsburg, CA. The team that we were assigned was on time, fun, entertaining, and the dinner was delicious. Not a single person in the group was let down. We had a gluten free person and a someone with a nut allergy. They made sure to accommodate these needs and still driver a stunning meal. We would hire them again in heartbeat.
