We hired this group to provide a dinner experience at a rental home in Healdsburg, CA. The team that we were assigned was on time, fun, entertaining, and the dinner was delicious. Not a single person in the group was let down. We had a gluten free person and a someone with a nut allergy. They made sure to accommodate these needs and still driver a stunning meal. We would hire them again in heartbeat.

It was such a pleasure to be able to hire Chef Adair's chef and server on our recent trip to Sonoma/Glen Ellen. I'll start by saying the put together two perfect menus for our two nights. The Humboldt fog cheese in the meat and cheese board was outstanding and I still dream about the pickled grapes. The main courses were exactly what they said and beyond delicious. Filet cooked perfectly and the tastiest chicken I have had in a very long time. The desserts were to die for! All ten of us agreed that the flourless chocolate dessert was the best ever!!! The chef was so nice. Both were very professional. I would recommend Chef Adair to anyone heading to wine country.

Easy experience. I like that they have a diverse menu of options Chef Adair provides from which you choose a number of courses to create your menu. Made it easy for my group to select and agree vs being totally open ended such as, "So what are you thinking?" Good, prompt communication throughout the process and day of - Never felt worried or out-of-the-loop. Professional experience from arrival, setup, serving, explaining, plating, presentation, boxing, and clean up. Took into account a few display requests that made the evening unique to our trip. My guests and I loved the food - very tasty, good portions. Kitchen was pristine and trash taken out upon departure. Would recommend and use again.

We had them come in for a Bachelorette Weekend and it was PERFECT. So easy to work with via email before we arrived, were there right on time, and great service on-site. They left the kitchen spotless and breakfast for the next day in the fridge. I would highly suggest for anyone looking for an exceptional meal 'in'.

We hired Chef Adair for my 70th birthday dinner at a VRBO in Sonoma for ten adults and three children. Katherine was very helpful in talking over the menu as we have several fussy eaters In our family. Chef Nancy and Katherine arrived timely and took care of everything. We had them bring the dinnerware and glassware, which was worth the extra cost. We had four courses - the stuffed artichoke (unique and delicious!), salad, sea bass with mousseline, and pork tenderloin with mushroom duxelles wrapped in prosciutto with mustard cream sauce. The dinner was fabulous!

We had a wonderful time in California, & a large part of it was having our dinner catered by Miss Nancy! She was unflappable as we all milled around & got louder as the wine flowed. We enjoyed her so much. She jumped right into the dinner, explaining all the dishes which were beautiful (& delicious).It was fun to be spoiled for a night & we appreciate our experience so much.
