Tried calling them countless of times to place an order through the phone but no one ever picks up. I ended up coming in to place an order. When i got there it wasn't busy at all not sure why no one was picking up the phone. It's not the first time it happened. I like their egg rolls and their pho isn't bad at all either. I just wish their service was a bit better with answering the phone

This place needs some serious cleaning and sanitizing from the dining place, tables and chairs all the way to their restrooms! I walked in to their men's restroom and it was so dirty and the urinal looks like someone had took a dump and just left it the way it is. I don't understand how the manager or the owner or employees can tolerate such a dirty environment this is. It is impossible how they are graded "A" with this kind of conditions. Please do something!!!

There was a "HIRING" sign on the window. So I went in to ask about the position and how to apply? The guy at the counter said "NO WE ONLY HIRE VIETNAMESE" is this legal!? Can Hispanic/Caucasian/Chinese people eat there?? Horrible and really SAD

Staff here were un professional. I'm here at this location retrieving one of my clients cell phone after giving the staff all necessary information to receive the phone. They won't give it up. I don't know if the food is good or not but the service is 0 out of 10.

Review update. The charge was finally posted to our account and we were charged the full amount for our original order, even though the receipt attached to our order listed just the items that we actually received with a different total.So I took in the receipt and I politely...and this is important, folks! Be polite! The world does NOT need any more rude people...I politely spoke to the owner/manager about the issue. He was very apologetic and not only refunded me the difference but even offered to comp me some food or a couple of drinks. Now some food would have been good, but I also didn't want to impose on his graciousness, and so I asked if I could just get a Boba Milk Tea. He made me TWO Milk Teas with Boba! And it's pretty good! We will return. This particular issue with our order was the only one that we've experienced out of multiple visits to BMC Pho, and the manager/owner was extremely gracious in resolving it and making sure I left a happy customer.

Our Baguette Sandwiches & Spring Rolls prepared by Suan was all delicious. Loved how clean , organized & airy the restaurant. Highly recommend & will be back. Thanks Again Jimmy, Vy & Suan :)
On October 31 3pm an older female cashier was on the phone for 5 to 10 minutes without helping me get my order so I left. Really bad customer service. Not going back there again. Very disrespectful. Don't know why they hire those kind of

This is a place you can eat inside fast food type service and you can also drive through. Ambiance there is none. It's a fast food restaurant inside it actually looks kind of dirty. I will not go back when I order my food in the drive-through. I ordered an eggroll for them when I checked my order I had something else they were not eggrolls, so I got out and I went inside. Total lady at the order was wrong. She check my receipt. Check my food back made me some eggrolls, but she also put the food that I had back to give to somebody else that alone, I will not go back. Normally you let the people have what they gave you was wrong or you out in the trash she put it back to resell.

I waited a total of 18 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me on a slow day. I ordered one sandwich, which they someone messed up.Somehow interprets "b1"as "b8". Other than the sandwich being good, horrendously mentally disabled workers. 1 star for sandwich

Awesome Bhan Mi BBQ Pork on that toasty baguette. Went well with the Shrimp Noodle Pho Soup. The Shrimp Spring Rolls with the peanut sauce was yummy. Loved the Vietnamese Ice Coffee. Great place to catch a fast food Vietnamese meal.

I got a bbq pork sandwich. Delicious! However the place was extremely dirty I couldn’t enjoy the sandwich 100% I kept thinking of how dirty it was there. I don’t think i will be coming back to this place. It really was that bad. I would much rather drive farther to another BMC that’s better kept and be able to really enjoy the food. Thanks but no thanks.
