The charge was finally posted to our account and we were charged the full amount for our original order, even though the receipt attached to our order listed just the items that we actually received with a different total.So I took in the receipt and I politely...and this is important, folks! Be polite! The world does NOT need any more rude people...I politely spoke to the owner/manager about the issue. He was very apologetic and not only refunded me the difference...read full review
