drive thru window guy high AF forgets that we order 3 meals so i have to ask for the 3rd drink of dr. pepper out of the 3. could not remember if first drink he gave was dr pepper or the coke. then forgets to give us the 3rd meal fries and burger as well.and it was the most expensive burger the burger king meal .....................

I’m very conflicted honestly. We come here often out of convenience as it’s close to both of our kids schools and they love it. When the food good it’s great. The inside of the restaurant looks clean as well as the outside. There’s always plenty of parking. The drive-through takes way too long and almost every time I go we have an issue especially if we are redeeming rewards. I went there last week and there was an issue with my card, they charged my card twice and when I needed it fixed three people came to the window at the cash register with their backs to me trying to figure it out. I had three screaming kids in my car plus like 20 cars behind me I yelled cancel it and left I didn’t receive not one French Fry, but they did not cancel my charge , they did not refund my money and when you try to get a hold of somebody, it’s next to impossible. I tried contacting through my app and the app told me because I didn’t order off of the app they can’t help me either.

False advertising. Menu states that Junior Whopper meals come with Entree, choice of side and drink, plus a treat. The treat is an extra $3 according to the employees.

This location did amazing in the dining room the employees were very polite and very helpful with what I was looking for on the menu the food came out very delicious!Vegetarian options: They have the impossible whopperParking: The parking lot is very clean and always has parkingKid-friendliness: They have crowns for the kids and kids meals the kids usually enjoy it

The Damm TRUTH...IM UPSET & DISAPPOINTED, they let go 1of there VERY BEST EMPLOYEES....She tried her VERY best to put my coffee MY WAY..isn't this BKs model..she did her job greatly....ooo but let s keep the always mood, none caring management that says I can't fix IT!!! The people here are nice, but after spending $35 in the drive thru, getting home, realizing all 3 burgers are wrong, nice isn’t good enough. All 3 burgers were special orders. It’s not like we asked for extra stuff added on, just all the veggies off. 1 still had pickles, 1 was left normal, and the last one, we still don’t know what is supposed to be. Honestly it looked like just a tomato on a bun. The worst part is the song that remains in my head. “Special orders don’t upset us” because they just ignore them. It’s not just a karen thing, it’s about wasting time, gas and money. Also, allergies to foods exist.

I would go to this location in 2007-2011 with my grandpa every day or almost everyday, and I'm now 15, filled with nostalgia and joy of the memories I made there in the play place that was removed long after I moved. I would always pick the sesame seeds off my burgers and eat them one by one. 5 stars all around for the good memories, food, and overall atmosphere in the late 2000's.
