I came here via Justin's recommendation, and he let me sample different drinks. I can't exactly remember everything but all I know is that I really only liked the drink that I ordered because it was fruity. I got the Momo. If you can't decide between sake or beer... why not try both??? This place has a gorgeous selection of sake yeast beer, sake, and, oh, I almost forgot... they make their own PLUM WINE!It is a tad different to find and the hours are select. When you arrive, they're will be a gate with a phone number. Call it and say the "secret not so secret" password under the phone number to enter

I have been meaning to come to Nova for some time. They are the only Sake brewing company I am aware of in SoCal. We had to call to them to get the front gate opened.I ordered the sake flight which had 6 glasses. It was plenty to drink for a tasting. I particularly liked the cherry flavored one, peach flavored one & the unfiltered one. All of the sake is cold and they were all smooth. I bought two bottles to take home.
