I don't have any complaints about this local pizzeria in San Dima. I believe people who have had the experience will express the same things I've experienced

GREAT customer service. On New Years Eve I called in at 2 p.m. to pre order food for 7 p.m. that night knowing it would be busy. I called and spoke to a woman and placed my order for delivery and added an 18% tip. 7, 7:30 still no pizza. I call in and no answer for a long time, so I just go in. There are all kinds of irate people waiting for their pizza. I spoke with Darren and it turns out the lady I spoke with is with an answering service not in the actual store and everyone who was supposed to show up that night called in. It was only Darren and Brandon working, they were the only two who showed up that night. Many people were rude and these two guys just kept making pizzas as fast as they could. I spoke to them with respect and they were very polite and respectful back and they did their best to get my pizzas to me as soon as they could. I really want to commend these two men for having a great work ethic, showing up to work even though it was New Years and being very polite and professional even when the customers weren't being as kind. Very much appreciated, I actually hope they can get that 18% tip since I only had $13 on me and thats all I could give them. Darren and Brandon are true CHAMPS. They are the reason I'll keep going back.

Well here we go again. Just made an order for delivery everything ready to go and got the conformation and everything. Then 10 minutes later they can me up don't they don't deliver to me. And I'm literally a block away. This place is ridiculous.

I ordered two pepperoni pizza at 5:35pm, was told 10-20 min. We left out house 20 min later, 10 min drive and when we got there the pizzas were not ready and we were told it would be another 25 min as they were super busy. Also told that our pizzas were free. We left our house 30 min later again plus the drive. My daughter went inside and she stood there for 3 minutes before she was even acknowledged. To make matters worse she was told it would be another 10 min. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I understand that the place was busy but someone should take responsibility in teaching the two employees basic customer service. Very disappointing experience. Cancelled our order and will not be returning to that Papa John’s.

I love the pizza and food but horrible service... Today for the second time received a very late order.. I should have cancelled it ... I placed an ordered at 7:20pm and didn't receive it till 8:54pm .. they compensate me by giving me more food I didn't need instead of receiving a discount on my original order. Won't be ordering again from this location.

Ordered a pizza from here on Uber Eats, the driver had to wait a long period of time, I ordered the pizza about and hour and a half ago, and now I’ve had 2 drivers try and pick the food up.
