At 11:00 at night on 12/26 our basketball team of 17 people ordered soooo much food but luckily the workers (I know one of their names was Jonathan) absolutely killed it and was so helpful and happy. THANK YOU PROFUSELY!!! Everyone who was working deserves a raise!

If I could leave a zero star rating I would! Personally I work with fast food so I understand when you are busy and try to make food quickly as possible but come on! I ordered two chili cheese potatoes with extra nacho cheese.... Once I got my order they didn't call out our number or tell us our order was ready just left it on the counter by the register then to top it off the two potatoes were cold! Unbelievable.... Then the shredded cheese wasn't even melted my boyfriend asked politely if they can melt it or something because every Wendy's we go our cheese is melted and they said it was impossible... So I walked up to the counter and asked so can I have more nacho cheese and they said it would be extra and I said okay that's fine I am more than willing to pay for especially since I wanted the cheddar cheese melted and they just looked at me with that "really" expression. Once I paid for the extra nacho AGAIN! I look at my food just for it not to have enough chili and beans, also the nacho cheese was barely even warm in my opinion that is crazy... then the soda machine in the lobby, THEY WERE ALL UNAVAILABLE just to wait like 5 mins to get a refill or just to get a soda....Also employees were just muttering and talking about my boyfriend and I through their head set.... Isn't that hard to stay stocked up and also be nice to customers.

It’s expensive, and took long waiting to get help.. I just bought the chilli beans and a baked and shives potato… it was too much but my son was hungry I didn’t have no other restaurant closed to go…
