This place gives Red Devil a challenge for best pizza in Covina. One of the best Pizzas i've ever had. Stromboli was amazing and the cheese pizza was on point. It's a different style to Red Devil, the sauce is sweeter than i'm used to but they make it work with the savory crust, all around solid pizza.1/11/24 - Just had this pizza again, this it was a Hawaiian pie. My family absolutely loves Rose City. My kids have proclaimed that they have the best pepperoni pizza. Surprisingly, they like trying all the speciality pizzas - whereas normally I wouldn’t be able to get them to eat anything except the basics (cheese or pepperoni). Our favorite is the space cowboy and Al pastor. Online ordering is easy and our pizzas have all been fresh and cooked perfectly.

Pretty good pizza place with many different types of pizza. Not the usual pepperoni or different toppings, but special things like Al pastor or Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken Pizza.
