Carnaval Restaurant

This place is cute cozy and the food is good. The owner is a good guy, who does it all on his own and provides entertaining ?? conversations. I did not take any photos, however they are not needed. We start with the service... we were greeted by the Owner/Host/Cook and he was very nice and welcoming. We got our drinks fast, and since we are new to the Mountain he gave a bit of history on the area.The Food....OMG fresh made to order, very delicious and priced absolutely right!!! If you come to Valley Of Enchantment you definitely need to stop in and have a bite to eat!!

Honestly, don't listen to these low star ratings. They're mostly from disgruntled old farts that seem like life has treated them negatively. Walked in here for menudo, sure they didn't have it but you can't blame them for discontinuing something that doesn't often get ordered. But atleast they are bringing it back.
