My father placed an order on the app, the app gave him the wrong nearest location with the same street as the location he wanted. The employee Monse was able to assist in getting my father the help he needed to fix the error. Got the order canceled at the other location and get it placed here at this location. She was very helpful and professional, she deserves a raise.
I came to this location on my 30 min lunch break, the location is clean and it wasn't too busy. I waited about 10 mins for my acai bowl and smoothie- not long, however I asked for no coconut shavings or honey on my bowl and that's exactly what they put on top. I did not notice until I got to work but it was already too late to go exchange it.
