I asked for a simple Quad Shot Espresso over Ice in a Grande cup. The ice in the cup was melted. Wasn’t filled with ice like it usually is. Looked like somebody’s leftover drink from an hour ago. Waited at the counter to at least get a straw. No type of acknowledgment. Stood there for 2-3 minutes. Never going back.
This is a new location, and I've tried giving it a chance at least 4 different times, however I am never satisfied, and prefer to drive farther out. The Baristas need more/better training on how to do the drinks. It doesn't seem like they out the right measurements of coffee or perfect pumps of flavor. I've even ordered my drink with an extra shot and extra pump of flavor, and still doesn't taste like it. It taste like warm milk with slight flavor. I am very disappointed because...read full review

I’m glad this place open, I come every morning and they are very helpful, I do get my drink through the app since this place can be busy. Angie is the best; She is attentive! The whole staff has a really good memory, it’s nice to walk into a coffee shop and they know you by name. ❤️?
