I’m glad this place open, I come every morning and they are very helpful, I do get my drink through the app since this place can be busy. Angie is the best; She is attentive! The whole staff has a really good memory, it’s nice to walk into a coffee shop and they know you by name. ❤️?

I asked for a simple Quad Shot Espresso over Ice in a Grande cup. The ice in the cup was melted. Wasn’t filled with ice like it usually is. Looked like somebody’s leftover drink from an hour ago. Waited at the counter to at least get a straw. No type of acknowledgment. Stood there for 2-3 minutes. Never going back.

This is a new location, and I've tried giving it a chance at least 4 different times, however I am never satisfied, and prefer to drive farther out. The Baristas need more/better training on how to do the drinks. It doesn't seem like they out the right measurements of coffee or perfect pumps of flavor. I've even ordered my drink with an extra shot and extra pump of flavor, and still doesn't taste like it. It taste like warm milk with slight flavor. I am very disappointed because the location and size is perfect, but sadly, will not go be going back.

I always think anyone who does their job with such a great attitude should be rewarded. Everyone I encounter at this establishment is always very pleasant to deal with as far as my experiences go. David has a really good attitude and very energetic I think this guy should get a raise if he hasn't already. Keep up the great work, David!!!

Caramel frappe here is made very bitter. Have been coming at different times giving it the benefit of the doubt that maybe it’s the barista but no. They just don’t taste as good as any other location. Also when asked for extra caramel pumps or caramel drizzle they don’t.
The drinks are never good here, they always taste like milk rather than coffee. They need to train their baristas better.

I have never experienced at any Starbucks ever and I go every day to different ones due to my job I commute this is like my sixth time being at this Starbucks and they are so slow it's disgusting every time I come here it's at least in the Drive-Thru a 20 to 25 minute wait this is absolutely ridiculous

I'm happy I am coming across various negative reviews on here before I voice my opinion about this establishment. I am a Starbucks barista myself in the county of Los Angeles, have worked at multiple locations, and know when there's a lack of professionalism. The workers at this location are not so friendly (something Starbucks takes very seriously), they take forever to make drinks even when there's no line, and the drinks are not made the correct way. I happen to come to this one often because it is so close to my home, but they do not take their job seriously. I would honestly give this place zero stars if possible.

Do not waste your time at this Starbucks, just drive down Atlantic to the Starbucks in Bell. This location has the most incompetent staff. Waited about 15mins to get to the speaker then waited another 5mins for a woman to say "I will be with you shortly" and had to wait another 10mins to actually have my order taken. I decided to leave couldn't wait around much longer.
