I went to try the new Birria tacos with consommé and I was somewhat disappointed. The consommé is really good, almost tastes homemade. The size of the tacos and the amount of fries I got was a joke. If this would have cost about $8 I would have been satisfied but it cost me almost $12 for 2 tiny tacos (pictured in this review), a small fry and a small drink.I ended up pouring consommé into my second taco and even drank it like a soup to avoid wasting it. The new Ramen is the best I've tasted in a long time. Ingredients are fresh, only found a bit of fat in one bowl.Even better than some of the homemade I've tried.Del taco taco has improved as well. I stopped going for 8 mos because ordering thru the app never worked and the tacos were being thrown together, to the point I would throw away rather than eat.Much improved.
