“I used to have one of these up the street from my house and loved eating there at least once a week. So when I moved up to LA, I see my next to the grocery store. Even 15 years later, the food still taste as good and fresh as it did back then. A lot of restaurants start declining. Baja fresh is the same good food healthy just not low on the budget. I eat a lot so normally I would go for the tacos and the chicken nachos. That's like eating two meals and about 25 bucks. I still think the term worth having it every once in a while for me.“
“The new Ramen is the best I've tasted in a long time. Ingredients are fresh, only found a bit of fat in one bowl.Even better than some of the homemade I've tried.Del taco taco has improved as well. I stopped going for 8 mos because ordering thru the app never worked and the tacos were being thrown together, to the point I would throw away rather than eat.Much improved.“
“Was in the area and seen the amazing reviews! Definitely worth a visit perfect bite size tacos with breakfast options, I got the Guadalupe to go with a glass bottle of coke definitely would visit again and love to try something different. Definitely try and beat the morning rush it is no joke. Small inside the location but definitely worth it!“
“A solid place to just casually enjoy happy hours and tacos. The drinks were good but a tad pricey, it was like a decent chunk of ice but delicious. Tacos were very simple and straightforward, the sauces weren't mind-blowing but overall enjoyable. If you need a switch up from Chipotle, stop by.“
“I really meant to include a photo with my review, but it was gone before I could get one. Outstanding BBQ from some genuinely nice people! The brisket was moist and tender and the ribs absolutely fell off the bone. Don’t skip the mac and cheese or the greens. If you’ve been driving by and not stopping, you’re doing yourself a disservice. Eat at AJ’s!“
“I literally think about these tacos all of the time, they were so good. I got the cheese and egg plus the beef and cheese, both were amazing. The house made tortillas were super soft, cheese was melty, salsa was fresh and tangy plus the meat was flavourful and not greasy. My three year old daughter and hubby also loved them as well. I really enjoyed the cookie milk iced coffee as well, just heavenly. I wish I could go back literally now lol see you someday soon, Homestate!“
“Benny's Taco in in Westchester, CA serves up delicious Mexican cuisine with a unique twist. From flavorful tacos to mouthwatering burritos, each dish bursts with authentic flavors. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make dining here a delightful experience!“
“This Chile Verde is among the very few whose food quality or service did not appear to be affected by the Pandemic. As a result, their food has been consistently fresh, delicious and on time for pick-up at the time indicated. The Staff are also always friendly and kind. It's is a regular "go-to" spot for my me and my family.“
“Fresh and Flavorful Delight at Baja Fresh in Toluca Lake!I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Baja Fresh location in Toluca Lake, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The standout feature of this Baja Fresh location is undeniably the freshness of their food. Whether you're a fan of burritos, tacos, or bowls, you can rest assured that your meal will be made to order with the freshest ingredients. The cleanliness of the store also deserves praise. The dining area and restrooms were spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for patrons. What truly sets this Baja Fresh apart, though, is the exceptional service provided by the welcoming and friendly staff. From the cashier who took my order to the kitchen staff who prepared my meal, everyone displayed a genuine passion for ensuring that customers have a memorable experience. It's rare to find such a consistently friendly and customer-focused team.Whether you're a regular Baja Fresh enthusiast or trying it for the first time, the Toluca Lake location is a must-visit. Fresh, flavorful, and accompanied by a welcoming atmosphere, it's a winning combination that guarantees a satisfying dining experience. “Ruben's is a solid, reliable taco truck in this area. Whether it's past midnight or it's pouring rain or incredibly windy, I can always rely on Ruben's being there. I think where Ruben's really shines are the non-standard menu items that you wouldn't normally find at a taco stand. For example, I often get their California Burrito because everything is made fresh-to-order, so it's great to have some incredibly crispy fries with every bite. I've also started getting their Wet Burrito too--that thing is massive and comes with a nice heaping of enchilada sauce. Both burritos come with chips and salsa too, which is a nice touch. Lastly, their Fish Tacos and Shrimp Tacos definitely deserve some recognition. I think they are some of the best you can get in LA for the price, and they come with very generous portions. The staff have always been very nice there, and they have some folding tables and chairs setup but it's mostly a take-out crowd at Ruben's. Go check out Ruben's!“
“Always have liked Baja Fresh but sadly I was hoping their growth would continue. Unfortunately chipotle dealt them a deadly blow but I still absolutely love that they still have a salsa bar. It would probably die without it. Just trying to help.“
“The food was fresh and hot to order. The prices were fair (for Los Angeles) and I was able to feed a family for less than $40.Vegetarian options: The 8 Layered Burrito is great and so is the taco salad and quesadilla options if you’re in a hurry and want a good vegan optionParking: The parking is free and not as tight as some of the other areas in this location“
“I attend a family gathering, they served food from HomeState that was so delicious, I just had to write about it. A pre-order for 2 dozen tacos, tortilla chips and toppings was served. The tortillas were handmade and filled with a variety of protein, cheese and beans. Each was individually wrapped in foil and clearly labeled for your convenience. The food has a "Texas" flair to it, featuring brisket, pinto or black beans, diced potatoes, pickled red onions, Pico de Gallo, and vegetarian options too. I chose the "Don't Mess with Texas" soft taco. It was filed with Charro beans, bacon, potatoes and cheddar cheese. You can also buy a dozen flour tortillas as a side and save them for the next day! So worth the price ($8 a dozen). They are open 7 days a week, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Try them and you will want to go back for more. Don't forget to tell 'em that Rosemary sent ya!“
