I’ve lived in the area since I was born in 1990 and have came here many years, it’s just not how it used to be- something is severely wrong with el pollo loco. I suggest corporate overlook why the meat here tastes borderline rotten and old and dry. Something is wrong.

I ordered a double chicken tostada salad and when I said I had a coupon it’s like the attitude changed. I got my food mind you I’m on my 30 minute lunch break so aside from waiting to order my food in the drive thru I usually get to work, park and eat, but when I parked my utensils were missing. Can’t leave a receipt number because that was not given to me. Chicken was a bit on the salty side too.
