I made an online order at 5:55 p.m. It was supposed to be ready at 6:10p.m. and supposley they never got my order that was what I was told first then they told me someone had picked it up and at the end they give me my order that I never picked up.
After I got home this evening I noticed my two large beans opened and got all over the bag and chicken. I made a call and spoke to manager Fabiola. She so kindly told me to return and she's would make it right and apologized for the inconvenience. I went back and she replaced the entire order from tortillas, salsa; Mac and cheese. I ordered a double chicken tostada salad and when I said I had a coupon it’s like the attitude changed. I got my food mind you I’m on my 30 minute lunch break so aside from waiting to order my food in the drive thru I usually get to work, park and eat, but when I parked my utensils were missing. Can’t leave a receipt number because that was not given to me. Chicken was a bit on the salty side too.
