Our whole family LOVES the Los Angeles Cooking School. The manager Gerard is wonderful to work with and makes magic happen there. The place has such a warm, homey vibe and all of the people who work there are so nice and supportive, especially Chef Mani. The classes they run for kids teach them practical cooking skills and encourage them to be creative. The adult classes are fun and the food we make is delicious. Everything is clean and beautiful!
Attended the Knife Skills class last night and had the best time. The instructor, Manifa, was really friendly and presented the information in a very clear and easy-to-understand manner (her assistant, Mercy, was also fantastic!) Everything was well organized; the workstations were neat, clean and had all of the tools and veg we needed. A few friends and I went here to learn how to make macarons. Side note, Mani's (the chef instructor) macarons were the best I've ever tasted!! Mani was very nice, patient, understanding and accommodating. The whole experience was well organized and we got to take home so many macarons! Our friends and I can't wait to come back and learn more! Thank you, Mani!
