Best milk tea in Pasadena! Delicate flavors, great customer service, and they wear masks while preparing your drink =) I get things 50-75% sweet. I've enjoyed both hot and cold.Favs are the two they recommended to me- Peach and DaHong. Got some leaves so I could make some at home when I'm craving Cha Redefine after their closing time! Didn't mean for that to...rhyme.

Oh, my! This coffee shop was good to stop over and visit! I came here a couple of weeks ago. The coffee that the waiter served to me was ashy and caramel. I like it so much. It must be my first time here in your shop, but I greatly have quality time. Also, I loved the attitudes of the waiters. They wore a smile when they served customers and entertained us well. Besides, I felt comfortable and relaxed when I was around this shop. Thank you!

One of my favorite places to study in Culver City. Their service here is great and only once or twice have I been greeted with not so friendly service. Coffee is pretty standard. I never had a bad experience. I really appreciate the cushioned wall seats with their own wall-plugs. There is one side of the building with a glass window that allows natural light in during the day, which creates a welcoming environment to come in and relax. It never gets too rowdy in here. I do notice that I have to get there quite early if I want to grab a seat with a wall-plug. Other people are often studying and working on things here as well ( even on weekday afternoon) ).

2nd of May of 2019 around 3:30pm.I asked for a Morrocan Mint tea with chocolate powder. After a couple of sips I ended up getting stomach cramps. I have no clue what they put in it. I think that place is infected by the Noro Virus or they don't clean the equipment properly. It's 1:08 Am and I'm feeling terrible. Don't go here!! There is something wrong with this place!!

BEWARE! The reason why I am giving this location one star is because of an extremely inappropriate person who hangs out there and made me feel very uncomfortable. The first time I encountered this person, I was with my friend. We got some coffee and sat outside. An individual approached us and sat in front of us. Right away it was very clear something was off. There were plenty of empty seats available at that time and he also did not have a coffee bean drink with him. He was staring at us so we got uncomfortable and left. He then followed us almost all to the way to the Brazilian restaurant across and then left. Two months later, I came in around 4pm, got a coffee and sat outside (same spot). He shows up and does the same thing! Sits in front of me with no drink while there are plenty of empty seats. This time, I recognized him right away and immediately went back inside thinking he would leave. I took a sit at one of the tables and a few minutes later he shows up in front of my table! He didn't sit with me but he stared for a moment and then sat at one of the sofa chairs. That was the last straw. I packed my stuff ready to leave but before I did, I told the staff and security and let them know where he was sitting. They said they were going to take a picture of him and I left the store. As I walked to the cashier counter, I saw him staring at me and biting his nails! His behavior felt very inappropriate and the reason I am writing this review, is to warn others in case his intentions are bad. I don't know what his intentions are or if he might just be non verbal and trying to communicate... But his behavior and glares were alarming enough to me to not want to go back there.
