“I love ice cream, and here frozen yogurt is almost like ice cream), probably even healthier.) There are about 12 types of frozen yogurt, although not all were available. After you choose a glass (there were 2 sizes) and decide on the flavors you want to try, you can decorate it all with various additives on top - nuts, chocolate, small cookies, coconut flakes, marmalades, etc. The establishment is clean - which was very pleasing, the staff is friendly, and the price, in my opinion, is slightly above average. A glass like the one in the photo without additives cost around $11. You can place yourself both inside and outside the establishment. It’s a pity that these establishments are few and far from my home.“
“We arrived at 9:20pm (closing in less than an hour) and the two guys (i think one was named nic, but i didn't catch the others') working were going through orders so quickly without missing a beat! They had so many DoorDash orders as well as in store orders. They had a perfect system and were really nice at pausing to clarify when people asked for specific adjustments. I've never had this pleasant of an experience at an icicles. These guys are rad and this location is lucky to have them.“
“Cool place. Never been before, so my son and I were a bit confused. We ended up ordering the fish waffle (don't know what it's called, but it's a waffle shaped like a fish that your soft serve goes in) with lavender soft serve. I got mine in a cup (they turn the cone upside down into the cup and give you a spoon) and my son didn't. It's a very healthy serving so I suggest sharing it ... in a cup. It melts pretty quickly... soft serve being soft and all. Waffle was ????, soft serve was also good, it was just too much. Neither of us were able to finish -we'd just had dinner. Check it out.“
“Frozos has quickly become our favorite local fro-yo spot in Santa Clara, and I only wish we had discovered it sooner. They offer an impressive variety of toppings, far surpassing other yogurt places in the area. The cookie dough is my personal highlight; it's the fresh and delicious kind. Additionally, the cake batter fro-yo is my all-time favorite. The staff at Frozos are exceptionally kind and helpful. On one occasion, when I forgot to buy milk during my grocery run, they graciously allowed me to purchase a jug right from their store. Their kindness really sets them apart. While I haven't tried their bubble tea yet, it's definitely next on my list!“
“It's nice to have another bingsoo place in South Bay! The bingsoo came out quick and the workers were nice. The ambiance is nice and clean and spacious. I love how there's different sizes because most places got huge servings. I got the matcha tiramisu bingsoo which was yummy. The bits were cheesecake tho but it was delicious! I would be back to try different flavors!“
“Pints of Joy is a gem of a find in Sunnyvale, where ice cream dreams come to life. Whether you're craving a nostalgic scoop of your childhood favorite or eager to explore new flavor horizons, Pints of Joy is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth and leave you craving more.“
“Amazing flavors and very warm staff/owners. This unassuming place is in a quiet, older strip mall. The staff were warm, kind and accommodating. The ice cream is delish, with many unique flavors to choose from. I especially enjoyed Orange Cardamom. Games and books available to entertain the kiddos. There's also Nahita's Bakery and Cafe at this location serving up Turkish specialties.“
“I had the best experience here! It is on the pricier side (around $30 for a dozen donuts) but totally worth it. They had all sorts of flavors - my go to's are always matcha, cookies and creme and black sesame. But honestly, all the flavors are delicious. I also happened to come when there was a malasada pop up going on. Those were amazing too!!! I bought a dozen plus some malasadas to relatives who visit Hawaii often and they were SO happy when I brought over the MoDo Donuts. We love to cut the donuts up into pieces so everyone can try different flavors. The store was cute and had plenty of parking. There were a couple of people waiting for their donuts too. Staff was so patient as I indecisively chose my donuts. Overall a fun place to try if you're in this area!“
“Literally the best cookies you will ever eat. The fact that the flavors change weekly is the best. Look out for the churro cookie, white Oreo, or the blueberry muffin cookie. Those are my absolute favorites.Parking: Always front row parking if you use the app!Kid-friendliness: Bring kids they’ll always live a good cookie!!“
“Sugar Mama Desserts, a popular popup vendor, is where Beautiful Foot Massage was. Basically scoop & go. Inside & outside seating 2 tables each. Mama's creates artisan ice creams with Asian flava influences.Offerings: ice cream by scoops & pints, savory bakes.Available flavas listed on standup board in front.Server quickly offered samples when i enteredLicks: 2 scoops in cup (7.50) -double malted chocolateHaven't had malts for decades, so not impressed.Licks: Black Sesame Brittle-ultra creamy, thick & dense ice cream, fairly sweet.-black sesame intense flava, didn't melt quickly.Coffee Pearl Crunch-coffee flava faint, also ultra creamy, thick & dense. -crunchiness best attribute. Non meltiness too. 4.8 stars just one server. Patrons seem to come at same time. Luckily after i ordered. Take outs:-parking lot parked at lunch time & peak hours. Mama's is located on Loving Hut's side of the mall.“
“We come here often especially if dinner at Golden Triangle was too spicey ... Lol Kids love: Oreogasmic and I either get Mentaint or the Coffee flavored one. It's a tiny cramped place; at times it's actually not so (ahem) clean (-1 star) They always have multiple staff behind the counter so the line move quickly; unless it's the peak of summer or weekends then this place is packed and overflowing (more than 15-30min wait). They also make drinks and have other option of foods (cakes, cookies etc). Their location is great, but its mainly street parking.“
“I have been fortunate to have this delectable cookie Crumbl store right across the street from me. I can even smell the cookies being baked!! I continue to enjoy the yummy cookies, great service and the best atmosphere.A very happy customer“
“Back in high school, I tried a sandwich from here and felt underwhelmed so I never came back. Returned for the first time recently because I was uncharacteristically craving a sandwich...and I am NOT a sandwich person, especially when it comes to meat-stuffed ones. I picked up a Customer's Favorite sans bacon to eat at home in front of the computer and woah...it totally hit the g-spot. Gastronomical spot! It was so warm and flavorful with melted cheese, turkey and pastrami, complemented by juicy tomatoes, creamy avo and zesty chipotle mayo, all smushed inside pillowy-soft Dutch Crunch. I had only planned to finish half as the sammy was enormous. However, once I started eating I just couldn't stop! Before I knew it, the gargantuan Suanwich disappeared and left crumbs all over my keyboard. Writing this review made me hungry.“
“The flavors in this ice cream shop are very flavorful and unique. There are certain times of the day that the line is long but it’s worth coming here. I say that this ice cream shop stands out because of how they handcrafted ice cream. I’ve begin to wonder what ingredients they use to make ice cream like this, because I have gotta admit that they did a good job in preparing them. There are much flavors I still need to try lol“
“Orange sunrise is my go to place for tamales. Their meat to masa ratio is fair, the salsa is great, and the texture is spot on. I also love their vampire juice - such a great combo of veggies and fruits. Highly recommend their tortas as well for a quick lunch!“
“I was really craving some ice cream mid afternoon and saw Fosters Freeze was nearby with plenty of dessert options. They offered a new dipped waffle cone with peanuts which sounded exactly like what I wanted. You can pick vanilla, chocolate, or a mixed swirl for the ice cream flavor, costing a little over $5. It was quite messy to eat since it was melting quickly, but it definitely hit the spot. The peanuts are a nice touch and added a salty, nutty crunch. Fosters Freeze offers quite an extensive menu and the workers there are all very nice and efficient despite the consistent busyness of customers and orders. There is a good amount of parking available and the lot is kept clean. I don't think you're able to go inside the restaurant but there are a few tables outside for dining.“
“My friend and I are foodies; she is vegan and myself dairy-free we're always on the hunt for good vegan ice cream! She recommended Rocko's for dessert and I couldn't pass up on trying an ice cream taco! Right when I stepped in, I knew this was a popular spot. Artsy paintings, a neighborhood vibe, and happy customers rolling in and out are what you'll find. There's limited bar stool seating inside but most take it to-go. Lines can be long or short, but turnaround is fast. They have desserts for all--dairy, vegan, and gluten-free options galore! You're able to build your sweet treat or get one of their signatures. I chose to enjoy a Tiny Ice Cream Taco, my flavor of choice being the Vegan Matcha Oreo. For toppings, I had Dark Chocolate and Sprinkles. The tiny was the perfect size and it can get quite messy! The matcha was prevalent and not too sweet while the taco had a nice crunch to it. My friend enjoyed her Tiny Ice Cream Taco as well! For those craving ice cream and a unique way to eat it, I recommend Rocko's Ice Cream Tacos! Find them easily off Park Ave. with street parking.“
“To put it simply…You need to go here! This place is nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere and food was every bit what you would hope to experience and more.My wife and Son were back at our hotel room quarantining for my son’s heart surgery he was going to have the next day. I had a request to get Ice cream. At first I was overwhelmed with all the crazy options and of course My wife and son couldn’t make things simple on me and get a generic ice cream. I had to sample nearly every type and provide feedback over the phone. And yes I mean every type, such as the Turkey and Stuffing as well as the Blue Cheese and Pear. The employee felt my discomfort with asking for more and more samples and he went out of his way to constantly assure me that he would love to get me as many as I needed. One would say its because he had a sensitive heart to my situation, however I did not bring my situation up until after all the samples so he would have perspective to why I needed to try so many.I am not one to go to the same place twice when traveling, however I can tell you that I am going back before we head back home.“
“My husband wanted Vietnamese coffee and our friend saw this new place nearby. The Vietnamese coffee was good, especially the egg cream topping. (Our friend also got this and thought the coffee could be stronger). We also got the yellow yacht (mango banana smoothie) and dragonberry fusion (fruit tea). The smoothie was a win! My son really enjoyed this. It was not too sweet and nice and creamy. The drinks were really pretty with the small ice cubes that they use. We waited outside because we had dogs, and when our drinks were done, the barista brought them to us! That was service beyond expectations that we appreciated but definitely don't expect. We would come here again to try more!“
“I had the pleasure of visiting this ice cream shop recently and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing. The variety of flavors was impressive, each one seeming more tempting than the last. I finally settled for their signature as the employee gave me a sample of a scoop of their signature flavor and it was absolutely delightfulBut what truly set this visit apart was the exceptional customer service. A young employee went above and beyond to ensure my experience Their enthusiasm was infectious, and recommendations were spot on.Overall 10/10!I recommend UBE and Biscoff“
“We ALWAYS enjoy when we come here! We can't believe how creamy the handmade ice cream is! It's so delicious. We always get the purple yam ice cream with extra purple yam. The mochi is the freshest I've ever had! It's so soft and fresh. I failed to take a picture, my apology! Trust me, it's worth it! You can't be in a hurry though, it takes time for them to create the magic!“
“Crumbl is all the hype. The iconic pink boxes filled with cookies about the size of your face and weighs a pound. I will give it to the marketing and advertisement aspect. They are always on top of the new flavors every week and customizing it to the unthinkable. Cookies are always tasty and flavorful it could be at times be on the sweeter side, so you can definitely split this up into acouple of meals. I prefer the chilled versions and I've never found any to be dried out. I recommend signing up for their rewards program/app to get up to date on the new flavors. Prices are on the higher side but you at paying for the quality and the specialty item. Wish they offered more promotions or deals. And also wishes they brought back in rotation flavors that are super popular and fan favorites.“
“I really enjoyed the custard, but because of the out of season fruits depending on when you go the Italian ices won't be as good in flavor. It has a nice atmosphere very similar to a Baskin Robins. You can sample the flavors before buying so don't be afraid to try things!“
“A lady pushing a stroller who was waiting in line with me for the mall bathroom just asked me what this place sold, I said "it's grilled fish with ice cream." She was surprised and said, "Oh interesting!" I corrected myself and said it was "batter poured into metal fish molds." She thought that sounded delicious so together we went! It was my first time trying this location.Since all the Somi Somi locations I have been to only have take-out, I like this location because it is in a temperature-controlled mall. I prefer it to eating ice cream outside in freezing temperatures and even to eating outside in warm weather because everything melts so fast. You also have more open mall space to wait. This location is bright and clean. It had one flavor that the Cupertino location didn't currently have. My favorites are the cheese taiyaki and the red bean soft serve.“
“This place is amazing. I work at the school right behind it! And I'm always impressed by the quality of their food and service! I ordered the same meal for a whole week straight! The skinny egg bowl with toast on the side yummmmmm! I wish they had a loyalty program to get a freee item I go here so much 100/100b!“
“I got the strawberry sundae with matcha soft serve, flavor of ice cream was delightful and rich with matcha flavor. There are 2 issues however, 1 is that the spoon is much too deep and very difficult to eat out of. I also wish there was a small size because the normal size is too big.“
“Located in San Jose California USA. Went there today on Saturday night or was very busy you can see from the pics. It took more than 20 minutes to get it order. Saw Ice cream is made in an instant using ice cream milk and Nitrogen gas. Fancy to look at. We took Smores ice cream with biscuits, herseys and marshmallow and old fashioned Vanilla ice cream. Both ice creams were very good. Everything was very good but only disappointment was were not even given a small sample for taste before order. Overall good.“
“We tried the sampler with 4 flavors. Cardamom Pistachio, Rose, Unicorn vanilla and Birthday cake.Rose is milder, loved the unicorn vanilla and the birthday cake flavors. Cardamom pistachio was a unique flavor. Service was pretty good and we hope to go back there!“
“Taste 5/5 (love the red bean), Health 2/5, Location 5/5 (downtown Palo Alto retail), Interior 4/5 (fine, but no place to sit), Cleanliness 5/5, Overall Value 4/5 (actually prices are quite reasonable for the unique product and good location for a stroll). Please ? this review if helpful, or accurate. ?Thx!“
“Good ole Classic Burger of Los Gatos, still such a great place to come for lunch or around dinner time too. This is our local hamburger joint thats not a corporate entity at all. Extremely consistent food and service here for sure. Overall a good value i feel with the prices of fast food like TB or BK now being 12 bucks on average. Lunch specials vary in prices per day which is cool with me. I usually get burgers or the patty melt which is hella good too. Indoor and outdoor seating as well, the restroom is out back FYI too. You can order inside or outside if ya want your food to-go as well. Grab napkins and ketchup or mustard to the left of the register once you get your meal.“
“Giving 5 stars on the taste and quality of mango ice cream and Dole Pineapple Whip, as well as service! Servings are huge! Ambience is a typical ice cream shop - medium noise, no regular chairs or tables inside. There was a line of four teenagers ahead of me. It was a quick wait. Parking was in front of the shop at 8 pm on a midweek. I'd return every night if I lived closer!“
“I love this place. We take the kids here from time to time. Very convenient location right off Calaveras blvd. They keep the place very clean and the employees are always nice. They have a lot of different choices of frozen yogurt. They have inside seating as well as outdoor seating that has umbrellas.“
“I love S & S because the flavors are unique and they are always happy to give out samples. This is a great location in old town Los Gatos and they have my favorite ice cream scented perfume! I highly recommend trying the strawberry balsamic ice cream. Delicious!!“
“Nice place downtown to meet for lunch. And the menu has been updated and improved since I was here last. I like gluten free bread and theirs is excellent. Turkey club, chicken salad, and other choices, all seem excellent. Salads are large and include mixed greens, and big ripe tomatoes. Sit outside if the weather is nice and watch Palo Alto's finest stroll by.“
“I have been going to the Willow Glen Creamery for decades, first time trying the Campbell location. Very clean and well lit store, friendly staff, and a spectacular selection of dessert items. Remember to pick up a card that is punched for every item ordered and you get a free ice cream after12.“
“BOI is amazing! This family business is very friendly, plus the drinks are very delicious. They have many snacks as well. Snack prices are definitely cheaper than 711 or a liquor store. They only take cash or VENMO, so be aware when coming. Give it a try! And refill on your water!“
“All I can say is TINA!!!!! This is a long overdue review on their cakes. Tina is fantastic!!! You should order all your cakes here!! Forget regular cakes. Order ice cream cakes for now on. I have been convinced for years and order from here for all my personal needs. Recently I ordered for another reason and the cake was a hit! It literally took the cake lol!! Thank you, Tina!!! T for Talent!!! T for terrific!!!!“
“I've been coming to this shop since I was a little girl. The yogurt is so good. I really look forward to going. Prices are reasonable and it's very flavorful. On hot days expect a line but the employees are really nice and they move quickly“
“Ordered day of the dead bread for my classes. They came out great mini sized for covid restrictions everyone had to have their own plus saved me time having to cut pieces. Reasonably priced. The only thing was that they told me over the phone that theyd be done by 1 pm and that i could pick them up any time after. I showed up around 230ish, they were done but not packaged.“
“You can't go wrong with Humphry Slocombe. I've been to the Oakland location a few times, but this time was a first here. I love their Vietnamese Coffee flavor! The others are a little too fun for me sometimes, but I always appreciate a tasting. Service is great; they are quick and friendly! And it just smells soooo good inside.. you know those cones are FRESH!“
“Popped in on my lunch break to see what looks good, and instantly picked the lemon bar. Excellent flavor and texture: both sweet and tart with proper firmness. Only 4 stars because I've only ordered the one item. Will be going back for sure!“
“I used to be obsessed with Pinkberry and was so upset when all the locations in Atlanta shut down -- now there is only the airport location remaining and if you know how big ATL airport is -- no matter how frequently you go, you will pretty much never get to have Pinkberry's.Knowing the froyo trend is over -- I still know Pinkberry has a pretty decent presence in the West Coast so when I was in California, I knew I had to give them a stop. This Pinkberry is located inside the mall so it's perfect for anyone who wants to get a "healthy" dessert in after their walk/shop around the mall.I still to this day believe that the original tart flavor is undoubtedly the best flavor and I still think that Pinkberry has the best original tart flavor. I was able to put some toppings -- like mochi, strawberries and popping boba to make my froyo complete and voila!Employees who were working there were also very kind and friendly and I was able to get my frozen yogurt pretty quickly so thank you to the staff who was working there! While there isn't a froyo hype anymore, Pinkberry is ALWAYS a classic and I cannot wait to get some more of this when I get the chance!“
“The owner, Mr. B, was fantastic! He provided us with such a great customer experience. You can tell he really cares about his customers. The yogurt shop had a wonderful selection of flavors, and everything was so fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a tasty treat. We'll definitely be coming back for more! Thanks, Mr. B, for making our visit so enjoyable.“
“WildBerry is a wee fro-yo shop that's not a chain as far as I know. Clearly their name is a take on Pinkberry, but unlike the corporate fro-yo franchise, here you get to pull the levers to do your own mixing and matching of the frozen treat. Price per ounce is competitive and even a smidge less than Yogurtland and Pinkberry. For flavours, there's nothing particularly Wild or unique, but what they do, they do very well. The few fro-yo stations all worked smoothly, dispensing every flava in a consistent ideal texture. Every one I tried was Berry yummy: cappuccino, cake batter, strawberry and plain tart.Staff on a weekend afternoon are young (maybe teenagers?) cheerful friendly and extremely customer oriented. I truly appreciated their careful hygienic practices using tongs to fetch things and, upon my request, finding gloves to use at the machines. The tiny shop is kept spic and span. You can't sit inside but no worry because there's an abundance of small benches spaced all throughout the retail complex. On a mild beautiful day, great to sit outside and people watch, or in my case, pet watch. We saw several dogs and I got to say hi to and pet a couple of them. Thanks to Yelp pal Steve for discovering this gem of a fro-yo place, a refreshing change from the big chains. Cute clean unassuming and worth seeking out in Los Altos. Look for Starbucks (at this shopping plaza), and Wild Berry is directly around its corner to the right.“
“Delightfully refreshing! This local frozen yogurt shop is a hidden gem. The variety of flavors and toppings is impressive, offering a delightful treat for every taste bud. The creamy texture and vibrant taste make each bite a blissful experience. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere make it the perfect spot for a sweet escape. A must-visit for frozen yogurt enthusiasts! Francesca is so friendly and helpful!“
“Our absolute favorite! Best roti bread bun EVER. Excellent service - They heat up the roti bun for us so it’s warm and crispy, wow, so delicious. We feel so lucky to live in the Bay Area where desserts we grew up eating are available to us. Thank you!“
“Stopped by Penny Ice Creamery tonight after a dinner nearby. This is such a cute place! The location is prime- in Town and Country Shopping Center, across the street from Palo Alto HS and Stanford University. The shop was clean and our "scooper" was very nice. You absolutely must get the TOASTED MARSHMALLOW FLUFF. So good!! There is also a very cute seating area in the front corner of the shop- great for pictures.“
“And it came to pass that I went to the house of Baskin Robbins, and I beheld their offerings and lo, there were many flavors, more than the stars in the heavens.I partook of their ice cream, and verily I say unto thee, it was good. It was as sweet as honey and as creamy as the milk of a thousand cows. And I saw that they had sundaes, and milkshakes, and even ice cream cakes. And I marveled at the abundance of their menu. And the workers there were kind and courteous, and they did serve me with a cheerful countenance. Thus I declare unto thee, that if thou desireth a frozen treat, thou shalt go to the house of Baskin Robbins and be satisfied.“
“Because my birthday is in December I always miss out on my birthday treat at Baskin Robbins but this year I made a point to go no matter the weather and the staff at this location did not disappoint. The ice cream is perfect and the store is clean and bright. It was a super fun time. Thank you for making my cold and rainy birthday a little sweeter!“
“Came to Somisomi for the first time and the experience was quite pleasant.Small shop packed with people inside, outdoor seating only.Ordered from right side after entering. They get your name, call you and make the final product with additional free toppings as you like. It was personal and nice. There are four types of soft serve ice creams at somi: matcha (green tea), horchata (rice milk), cookie & cream and ube. I tried ube, despite its artificial color, the taste was soft, creamy and not too sweet, taiyaki (fish shaped cake) was yummy. I liked it.Reasonable price. Friendly service. A relaxing place to hang out with friends and family.“
