Authentic, really qq (chewy) handmade noodles. Beef and broth are only ok separately, but, much like Voltron (GoLion), their real strength is when combined. Almost as good as my favorites Malan Noodle and Lan Noodle in LA.
Delicious and authentic Lanzhou beef noodles with a variety of thickness options. The broth is flavorful and the beef is tender. Service is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Good fast food choice.
